The shooting wrapped up nicely and Song Ji Hyo is glad that she's going home after a long two-day shooting. It's not like she dislikes it, she is just a bit tired that's all, going to filmings and do vigorous things every Monday. She's not working on anything yet, and it's nice to know that she is just residing home instead of being overseas. She changed into her own clothes instead of what her stylist has appointed for her, it's going to be fall soon. It is not as warm as it was. She wore a shirt with a jumper on top, a pair of black skinny jeans that matched with her cream-coloured jumper. When she went out, they were talking about having dinner together post-filming.
'Jihyo-ya, how about you? Are you coming?' Kim Jong Kook asks, probably they're going to eat at Haha's restaurant.
'No, it's okay oppa, I'm thinking of just going home and take a long shower.' She answeres, her bag slung across her chest. Somehow Kwang Soo just looked at her reluctantly, he has not said anything about them kissing. Probably he was not that interested after all.
'Noona!' Lee Jong Suk says, approaching her after finishing up talking to Gary.
'Yes, Lee Jong Suk-ssi.' She says.
'Can I take you home?' He asked.
'Why would you want to take this ajumma home?'
'Do you have anyone taking you home?' He asked. She shook her head, her eyes fixated on Kwang Soo, but it seemed like he's going to tag along with the others. It's already nine, it might be better for someone to take her home.
'I'll take up on that offer of yours' She says. He nods, asked her to wait outside, so she did. She just waited outside, up until the point Kwang Soo approached her. She pretended as if he did not notice that he was there.
'Noona..' He says.
She just raised her eyebrows.
'Are you waiting for someone?' He asks, somehow as if he was whispering.
When Jong Suk showed up, she raised her hand and waved at him. She's somehow bothered that Kwang Soo was fixated on Sulli for all these while. Could she be jealous? She asked herself, she decided to nod off the question, it was not important anyways.
'Noona!' Jong Suk approaches her. As if they were already familliar with each other, she wrapped her arms all over his.
'Kwang Soo, Hey! Fun hanging out with you today,' Lee Jong Suk gave a small bow to the lanky tall man.
He answered his bow also by lowering his head. But he was more pissed with that noona of his.
'We're off.'
Since the SBS building was not far from her apartment, Song Ji Hyo thought it would just be alright if they walked. The night was windy also, so it would be a very good time if they both walked. 'Aren't you tired, noona?' Lee Jong Suk asked. It was typical of her, alll of the those years being on Running Man has developed her into a woman of stamina. She was getting older, of course, but her health is in topnotch. She used to cycle from filming to her home as well.
'My health is at my pique, you should walk more, it's better than going to the gym, lifting weights.' She says casually.
'And you walk really fast too.'
Lee Jong Suk stopped her from waiting, pulling her to the bench near a covenience store. He hurriedly went in and came back with two warm coffees. He handed it to her, and sat next to her. The hot coffee did warm her up a little bit, and Seoul that has always been so busy sounded so quiet. Jong Suk did not say anything but to just immerse himself in the ambience.
'You know, noona, I think I like you best of all the cast in Running Man.' He says, leaning back, he sips his coffee slowly.
'What do you mean?' She says, and smiles sheepishly.
'I don't know, but you ought to give yourself more credit. You're playful, but you're kind. You don't care being amidst a lot of guys, and you don't sink behind them. If I were a girl, I would have given up already.' He says.
'Well, if you have done Running Man as long as I do, then you wouldn't mind. They're family to me, they're funny and a bit idiotic sometimes; but still I like them better than anybody in this world of broadcasting. Everybody has their own reason, but being in Running Man makes me feel like I'm at home.' She says, speaking properly, articulating it with much thought.
'Then she thought of Kwang Soo, she thought, probably the reason why he hasn't addressed the kiss is because he knows what's coming when everybody finds out.
'I want to see more of noona, can I?' Lee Jong Suk says. Quietly, with sad eyes, she nodded as a yes.
