“Before you read it, will you promise me something?” Taeyeon held a piece of folded paper a few inches from Tiffany.

“Huh? What’s this? A letter?” Tiffany stared at the object in front of her and couldn’t help but feel excited. So TaeTae finally wants to make peace, she thought.

After days of not talking to each other they were finally in a conversation again.

“Yeah. Promise me you’ll keep it after reading it. It just might be the only letter I will ever give you,” Taeyeon replied.

“If it’s an apology letter then maybe I might.” Tiffany tried to keep a straight face.

“Just promise you’ll keep it.”

“Fine. I promise,” Tiffany agreed with a sigh. She was hoping Taeyeon would be a little more romantic about these kinds of things.

“Remember, every word from start to finish is true. This is as honest as I can get,” Taeyeon continued with her reminders.

“Okay, okay!” Tiffany hurriedly grabbed the piece of paper. She just couldn’t wait.
