Next morning, Taeyeon woke up to the sounds of the birds chirping. The thunderstorm from last night had cleared away.

Tiffany was still in slumber land.

With a smile, Taeyeon head out for a shower.

Tiffany woke up not later than that.

Sitting up in bed, she thought about how she ended up in her bed when her phone rang, stopping her train of thoughts.

‘Morning baby! Are you okay? I got your miss call! I’m so sorry for not picking it up. Was it raining heavily at your end?’

Replaying the scene where her wife tucked her in the sofa, Tiffany stayed silent.

‘ Tae must’ve tucked me in here as well….’

‘Baby? Are u there?! Why aren’t u saying anything? Did you fall sick?’

‘Yeah yeah.. I’m still here.. Don’t worry.. I’m fine. I’m gonna take a shower now. I’ll talk to you again soon okay?’

‘Alright.. You take care of yourself.. And baby, I miss you.’

As if unsure, Tiffany replied with a little stutter. ‘Me too baby..’

Once both were all ready, they made their way out of the front door and towards the car.

Tiffany stood by the side and waited for Taeyeon to open the door for her. (Since Tae won’t let Tiff touch the car!)

Taeyeon smiled at the gesture.

She looked at Tiffany whose making an effort to show some respect towards Beanie.

‘Don’t look at me that way Kim Taeyeon.’

‘You sure sound real healthy for someone who runs a high temperature yesterday!’

‘I’ll kick your car and puncture the tires if you continue to look at me like that.’

Not wanting that to happen, Taeyeon went to her side and waited for her wife to slide in.

She then placed the seat belt on her, and heard a faint ‘thank you’ from Tiffany.

Their eyes met.

‘Thanks for taking care of me last night.’ Tiffany whispered softly.

Taeyeon nodded and head to the other side.

Several minutes into the drive, Tiffany was shifting her view from the window to the dashboard.

She saw a cute looking toy placed on the dashboard. (The kind of toy that wobbles their head up and down.)

Reaching over, she said. ‘Has this always been here?’

‘Yes it has. Now stop touching. Keep your hands to yourself.’

Tiffany rolled her eyes, not saying a word and let Tae has her way.

‘Gosh! Stop placing all my food back in the shelves! I need those!’

‘Seriously Tae! Gummy worms? Where are all the real food?! You need real food to grow you shorty!’
