• small plot ㅡ it's 11pm and sunhee is on period; she can't sleep, she is also hungry and her stomach hurts so bad. so she calls junhwe to come.

Sunhee gently rubbed her lower abdomen, feeling what she could swear were her monthly doses of pain. She headed towards the bathroom just to notice she was on her period. Nothing screamed out frustration better than this. She gulped down her saliva, wondering if her body would collaborate and stop her from hurting more.

Her eyes landed on the clock that was on the kitchen's wall. Eleven in the afternoon could be read. Sunhee groaned noticing the result of not going to the grocery during the week due to the lack of time. She suddenly came up with an idea. She threw herself on the couch and picked up her phone, gently typing her boyfriend's number.

"Oppa..." she cried over the line, the second the male picked up. Junhwe groaned as well, wondering what she wanted as she usually wouldn't dare to bother him. "What is it, idiot?" he asked, knowing he was glad the female called him. He had missed her more than anything. "June... Bring me food... And come quickly, I feel so lonely." she said, winning. She was surprised to hear her phone beeping. He hand hung up. She pulled the phone away from her ear and started crying, not very sure why she was releasing those tears.

Soon, the bell rang forcing Sunhee to roll off the couch onto the floor. She held onto her stomach tightly as she wobbled towards the door. The second she opened the door, she was greeted by a tall masked male but the mask only covered his mouth and nose, leaving his eyes out. And those eyes were enough to discriminate her boyfriend from any other boy. His blond messed hair surprised her too and she forgot about the pain she was feeling for a second. Junhwe rolled his eyes, pulling down his mask "Is this the way you receive your boyfriend?" he simply didn't expect her to burst in tears. He set down the bag he was holding onto and quickly pulled her into a tight hug, knowing that his sass in that moment didn't matter in that moment.

Junhwe had managed to come in and close the door while holding onto his girlfriend. He even picked her up and brought her to the couch. He had never seen his girlfriend like that, much less crying this hard. His lips pecked her head here and there until she calmed down "I'm hungry" she whispered, holding tightly onto his shirt while her hand reached for her stomach once again.

Without wasting a single second, he reached for the bag and pulled out some snacks he managed to buy before coming. He even bought chicken for her. He was pleased with the simple fact the female was eating the food happily and there were no more tears in her eyes. He smiled softly even if he didn't want to show how happy he was in reality. His hand caressed her head before she leaned on him and pulled his arm until his hand was resting on her stomach "It hurts. It really does... Massage it please" she asked, threatening to start crying again but before she could even pout her lip out, his hand was under her shirt, caressing her skin gently in circles as he tried his best to massage and help the pain fade away. The female cuddled him as he was very comfortable but soon found herself uncomfortable. "Let go" she sounded mad. Junhwe raised an eyebrow as he heard his girlfriend talk like that to him when he was used to the sweet tone she arranged to speak to him.

In less than a second, his hands were pushed away along with the rest of his body. Sunhee got up from his lap and sat on the other couch, leaving behind a very confused male. Less than five minutes after, she was shivering and there was the tall Junhwe that felt so small in these occasions, getting up to cover his girlfriend with a blanket. She threw it away and wrapped her arms and legs around him, holding tightly onto him like a koala. "Woman, you're so confusing" "Stupid, just hold me tight" she mumbled, burring her face into his neck. She sniffed his scent, loving it as his arms s around her thin waist. The female smiled, satisfied.

By now, they were back on the couch. Junhwe was sitting on it while his girlfriend was in a much more comfortable position, straddling him. He liked it though, feeling her close to him when he barely had time to spend with her. "You should give me lots of love." "What if I don't want to?" "You have to" she pulled back, frowning as she held tightly onto his shirt. Junhwe bit back a smile,  not wanting to give away the fact he was enjoying this. "I don't have to." "Yes you do." she glared at him. "Because if you don't, I will take a-" that seemed the perfect moment to bring to live a scene from the movies he loved watching. He leaned in and kissed her lips, rather gently to stop her from saying anything else. Sunhee didn't pull away, instead, she kissed him back with all the passion she could and so he was the one to pull away.  "Sometimes you speak too much... " that was enough to make the female burst out in laughter. Again, he was surprised with the sudden burst. "For how long have you been planning to do that?" she asked, teasing him. The male rolled his eyes at the female's behaviour "Remind me not to have kids with you. Seriously, your mood swings are pretty scary. It's like, one second we're in Hawaii and the next we're sitting on a cow's poop..." Sunhee rolled her eyes and rest her head over his chest "Shut up idiot."

They suddenly grew quiet, not because it was awkward to say something after his comeback but because that silence felt comfortable. Sunhee was used to it anyways; Junhwe spoke with actions better than words as he didn't intent to make it sound rude but sometimes, he couldn't help it. It belonged to his personality. That was the trait that left the first impression she couldn't forget. She smiled at the memory "Hey, ugly elephant..." "What is it, brainless giraffe?" the female pulled back, sitting up straight in his lap as she looked at him. He shrugged his shoulders, showing off a soft yet shy smile "I love you." this sounded so fresh and so new. It was rare for him to actually express his feelings like this and moments like this made the female extremely happy as he would burst out of nowhere saying sweet nothings here and there. "Yah, say you love me back, idiot." he scoffed just to hear his girlfriend laugh at how he sounded. He hands left his torso and cupped his cheeks "I thought I was the one having mood swings?" she before landing a gentle kiss over his lips "You're lucky I love you..." Junhwe sighed just to hear what he was dying to hear. "I love you too." that was enough to satisfy the male who pulled her into her embrace.

"We both know that just like I'm the better looking in this relationship, I'm the one who loves you more." "I'm not sure, I mean... I'm pretty sure I love myself more than you love me." Sunhee commented before Junhwe spoke back "Shut up. You only love me. I got fat and filled your heart. no better. I'm so handsome that your heart quit living inside you just so I could be in its place and bring some handsomeness to your system." "For god's sake, Goo Junhwe, you're better off shut up." she commented, forgetting about all the pain she had once felt. Of course, who would have time to think about physical pain when Junhwe was nearby? Nobody. Junhwe always made it through hardships therefore, annoying his girlfriend on her period was just another distraction he found or better, an excuse to stop missing her so much.

"But seriously, I love you, ugly elephant." and that was enough to begin a night full of cuddling on the couch until both fell asleep.
