JUNHWE REQUEST NUMBER FOUR

Riley entered the building, taking a shy look around as she looked for the room she had been signed to. After looking around for a while, she sighed out of relief after finding out she was on the right place. She bowed her head as she walked in, knowing it was the most polite thing to do once she walked inside a room full of people she didn't know.

Her eyes noticed eight male's inside the room and six other females. "Please stand next to Jang Hanna." she made her way next to the girls but she had no idea who Hanna was. She had heard YG was a good place to work in therefore, she auditioned and successfully got in. Her audition consisted in a choreography as she didn't think her singing would do any better in that moment. She still thought she wasn't bad at singing, she simply didn't find her right pitch. She still needed a lot of training. "Basically, iKon will have a small collaboration with Jang Hanna. I choose some dancers too, in order to have you kids to play everything calmly, I trust B.I. the choreography and everything else. Riley here can help with the choreography so be sure to use it as a weapon." YG announced, calmly taking a look at all the people inside the room just to watch their emotionesss expressions when he knew perfectly some were dying to show soft disapproving stares. Especially the males. They weren't the ones to open up to others quickly.

Once the boss was away, Hanna quickly threw off some ideas to which Bobby and B.I. seemed open too; in the end, they'd be the ones composing. The other members focused on the dance but none of them was going to choreograph the song, they simply had to get themselves busy with something. Someone caught Riley's eye. Junhwe had put on his head phones and started dancing. Every single movement was pure perfection as his body probably moved along to some strong beat, in which nobody could beat him.

Soon, Donghyuk joined him but he was dancing without music, sharing his ideas with the younger male but for some reason, those steps weren't as strong and powerful as Junhwe's. Or at least not in the female's eyes. She had to tell herself a few times she needed to open up to them and this was a huge opportunity as not only one but two members were working on the area she was the most comfortable with.

Donghyuk didn't see her as an enemy so he opened up to her right away, liking some of her ideas but Junhwe.... Well... Junhwe was Junhwe, there was no other way to put it. He was shy, so,  instead of receiving Riley with his arms wide open, he ended up closing himself and ignoring her. He even drifted away, leaving the female staring at him.  "Junhwe's a bit... He will eventually open up to you, give him some time." he tried his best to help the female feeling more welcomed.

With that same attitude,  days and months have passed by and Junhwe kept ignoring her. The worst thing was, she had fallen for him, for his cold side and his perfect looks. Riley managed to laugh whenever he had his guard down over his looks but that didn't happen often as he would immediately notice and glare towards the female.

There was this certain day she had enough and made her mind up. "I'm getting over him." she informed Donghyuk as he was the one she was closer to. They had spent some hours practicing together whenever Donghyuk needed to practice the choreography Riley and B.I. came up with. It wasn't rough but their steps were quick and he was still struggling to get the hang of it. Donghyuk chuckled softly "Good luck trying to get over Junhwe. If I know him, the second he knows about your feelings, he will be a little and try his harder to piss you off." little did they know someone was listening to them and it wasn't Junhwe.

Riley had arrived her dorm after practice and found herself in front of the calendar. Junhwe's birthday was coming up. Her eyes were on his present and she managed to crack up a smile. Her one year contract was almost over, which meant that if YG didn't like her work, she wouldn't be working there anymore. In the main time, she had gotten close to the group... Even to Hanna but not to Junhwe. He seemed comfortable with Hanna though. She couldn't understand.

Her hands took the small box in for my of her and sighed softly "I'll ask Donghyuk to deliver them instead. Yeah... I'm over you, Junhwe." she told herself before she set down the now meaningless present.

Without noticing, another month had passed by and with her will, she was managing to forget about Junhwe. She wouldn't comment as often his attitude towards her with Donghyuk. She wouldn't be as attentive to him when they were training. She wouldn't glance over at him when he was dancing in his own word. Nothing. She had decided she would forget him. And she was determined.

At the same time, Junhwe found something weird. She wouldn't look at him as often nor would she chuckle when talking to Donghyuk and stealing glances at him. Nope. Now, she laughed openly about Donghyuk's jokes and hit his arm. This was bothering him. Before he knew, he was trying to grab her attention and rather than noticing she wasn't putting up a show, he remembered Yunhyeong's words. "She really is getting over me..." he whispered just to have his shoulder pat by Yunhyeong. The male couldn't help feeling sad. She had gave him so much attention, even if he ignored her, he liked the dedication she had in watching him. Without him noticing, he put effort in everytime he danced just so he could stand out but his effort was in vain the past two or three months. Junhwe bit his lip.

His eyes dared to look over at her. He saw just how she wasn't paying attention to her. He needed her attention. He didn't simply want it... He needed it. Nothing came to his mind. He tried a really hard trick, an out of set high note, his weird little dance and cracky voice but the last one was only able to drag the group members attention. He was so obvious that Bobby instantly laughed.

Bobby walked up to him and pat his shoulder.  "Why not flirting?" Junhwe stared at him as if he had just said the weirdest thing in the world. Bonny shrugged, knowing Junhwe wouldn't feel comfortable to do it when you were with Donghyuk. "Okay, fake it then." "Fake what?" " I don't know... Getting hurt?" Bobby threw it out just like that. Now that was an idea he could make some good usage of.

The dance practice began. After the clock hit seven o'clock, Junhwe decided to do it. They hand practiced enough. "." he suddenly mumbled, pretending he had put his foot wrong and hurt himself. He turned around as if not wanting to worry the members. B.I. was the first to react but since Bobby knew what was going on, he threw him a look. He didn't fully understand it. "Are you okay?" with this question, everyone's attention was on him. Even Riley's. Being a dancer, she could relate the pain of being injured. It meant no dancing for a while, which was itself a drama.

The other females on the room rushed over to him, wanting to help him but he shooed them away or at least tried to, demanding not to touch him. "Hey. Riley, can you take Junhwe with you and ask for some ice?" "Bu-" "B.I. and I will teach the choreography... Yunhyeong is still getting some steps wrong." Yunhyeong gave Bobby a look. Junhwe understood what he was trying to do and mentally thanked him "Jinhwan is failing to get the right pitch... Donghyuk's moves seem a bit dull and Chanwoo is a bit uncoordinated..." he immediately pointed out some flaws to everyone and before she could say anything back, the elder male grinned "We trust you our Junhwe's precious life..." she rolled her eyes and looked at the taller male "Let's go then..." "Wait... Aren't you going to help me?" he blinked, holding out his arm. Riley rolled her eyes knowing there wasn't much difference. She let him wrap his arm around her shoulders but since she was shorter, there was not much support.

Once they arrived the cafeteria, he sat down. "I want water." "You have two hands and two feet, you can get it." "My foot hurts though." the female groaned and got him a water bottle.she asked for ice and sat down in front of him "Idiot." "Who are you calling idiot, idiot?" "Who do you think I'm calling idiot, idiot?" "Stupid" "Donkey" "Shrek" Riley glared at him and pressed the ice bag on his foot after taking off his shoe as sock.  "Fiona." she called him just go her the male laugh. He was trying to hold it in but it was impossible. He soon got back to their small argument "Pig." "Cow." "Buffalo." "Hippopotamus." "Monkey." "Giraffe." she shouted frustrated just before Junhwe got back to the beginning "Idiot." "Super idiot" "At least I'm better than you." "Ugh you're so frustrating Junhwe!" she hit his shoulder with her free hand. "The more you hurt me, the longer you will have to take care of me." he smirked. He was enjoying this a bit til much. From the very beginning.

"I hate you." she whispered in English, turning around as she let go of the ice bag. She crossed her arms over her chest just to feel his arms wrap around her waist and pull her to him. Nope, his foot was no longer on the bench. Instead, it was inside his shoe like nothing happened. "Love you too." he spoke back in English to her, proud of his pronounce. The female looked down at the floor quietly "You're mean. Just because I still have little feelings for you, it doesn't give you the right to do this to me. This is playing. That's what it is called and I hate to be played." "I ain't playing though." "Oh please, all those months ignoring me and now you talk to me?  I'm not dumb, Junhwe. Let's go back. You're not hurt." she pulled his arms away and walked back alone.

The second she opened the door, the members turned around with some weird smiles "Soooooooo" Bobby wiggled his eyebrows at the female. Even Donghyuk came up to her and nudged her. That moment, she felt hurt as she thought she was close to him. He too was rubbing on her face the fact her crush knew about her leftover feelings.  "You knew about this?" "Everyone did, silly." Riley started at him before scoffing. She picked up her bag and when Junhwe walked in, she bumped her shoulder on his arm as she walked past him. It was enough to make him stumble.

"What exactly happened?" "She thinks km just playing,  actually." "Uh duh... go after her and tell her..." "No use."

It had been a week after this happened. Junhwe tried talking to her but she ignores him. Donghyuk tried to make her understand Junhwe wasn't fooling her but she didn't listen. Even Bobby begged her to make up with Junhwe since he was acting so cold to everyone but she didn't listen. B.I. was the last trial. "This is bringing so much discomfort to the team. Can't you two make up already? He was honest with his words. I swear he was." "It doesn't really matter, I'll be leaving in two days. I just have enough time to perform with you guys once. So there's no u-" before she could say anything else, the door flew open and she was pulled somewhere by Junhwe. The male stopped once he was sure they were alone. He pushed her against the wall so she couldn't escape and looked right into her eyes "I can't keep this up." "I'm leaving in two days for god's sake." "I don't ing care if you're leaving in two ing days I'm so tired of this misunderstanding. First you go around checking me out and . Then you got me used to it and when I confessed to you you think I'm joking? Just who the hell do you think I am?" Riley stared at him quietly as she heard him. Her heartbeat increased as she watched the male. He was beyond pissed with the situation and she knew this had drove everyone crazy too"I love you, okay? I really do. I missed having your attention to myself. I hate it when you're together with Donghyuk cause you guys are so much closer than we are. I get jealous when you two act like a couple. I hate it. I swear I hate Donghyuk's actions towards you. Because he is such a gentleman and it is so much easier to fall for him." "Junhwe..." she started but the male shook his head "Please don't remind me. I don't care where you're going after this. I'd want you to stay here with us.... with me but if you decide to leave then at least stay with me." the female stared at him for a while before understanding what he was asking her. After this tiring week and useless fights, he had made his mind up. He wanted her to be his and since she didn't answer her, he was willing to make her change her mind. he pressed his lips on hers, kissing her lips gently and it didn't take long until her hands pulled his shirt. she tightly gripped onto it with her hands, pulling him closer to her. Just like Junhwe, she wanted to be there. She wanted to stay with him at least and hopefully, in YG.

They came down hand in hand. As the doors opened, the group sighed in relief. They had worked things out, much to their satisfaction. Donghyuk and Riley working things out but her boyfriend didn't let go of her. He didn't consider Donghyuk a threat but he didn't like the fact he himself wouldn't be the only  male she'd be around.
