His eyes were still closed, it has been a while since the male had stopped at home; everything that has been going on with his life was a bit too much for him. Lately, the stage was the only place he could actually release his own stress. In short, his work was the only scape out of the reality he lived in. His mother was always concerned over the fact he didn't spend as much time as he used to spend at home; the reason for that, apart from work was his girlfriend.

His eyes rest over his phone, noticing how a message had just popped up. "We need to talk" he read out loud, not liking how it sounded. Yes, he didn't spend that much time with his girlfriend but was this enough to end their relationship? Probably. The male found no strength to type back to the female. He decided to ignore the text and practice for a while. It didn't take long until Hanbin came inside the room. He almost gasped after noticing someone was inside but the fact the body belonged to Jiwon, didn't surprise him. "You're early... Again." the younger male commented, gaining Jiwon's attention. He gave him a slight smile, giving away the fact something was wrong with him. Hanbin sighed heavily, knowing they had to talk, he was not sure about what. But he knew they needed to talk. "Hyojin wants to break up" he gave it away before Hanbin got the words out of his mouth. Hanbin looked at his friend confused. "Really? I thought your relationship was going well..." "So did I. I thought she understood me but I guess this not going home issue is bothering her." he commented, showing the male his phone. Hanbin raised an eyebrow "But she only said you two have to talk..." "And that usually comes with "This isn't working out. It's not you, it's me" you know?" Jiwon sighed heavily. "You two should talk though. I'm not seeing Hyojin breaking up with you because of that. She said she doesn't mind. She even came here to make sure you ate lunch yesterday, remember?"

Jiwon decided to avoid the situation until it was necessary to face it. The day past by in a blink of eye; his phone was ringing right after they called it a day. He froze. Should I pick it up? That question haunted his head, what if she broke up with him by the phone? That was just not nice... Either way, he had decided to pick up but keep quiet. "Jiwonnie, I was worried for you. You didn't answer my message. Are you okay? Can we meet up today?" "Sure... Where?" "Hmm how about we go for dinner?" Jiwon scoffed. Was she really inviting him for dinner just to tell him they were breaking up? "I'm not sure I can make it tonight, I just remembered Hanbin has asked me to stay with him to finish some stuff, can we meet up some other day?" "Oh... Sure sure. It's okay. Take care then." the female hung up, with a heavy heart. She had grown the courage to talk to him today but it seemed like this was just not going to work. She sighed heavily and sat down on her bed, thinking to herself if she had done something wrong. She couldn't help but feel guilty over it. Lately she has been very tired, therefore she didn't see Jiwon often. After coming back from work, she'd cook dinner, wait for Jiwon and end up falling asleep. In the morning, he was gone. It was like he never came home. Without noticing, tears rolled down her cheeks. Frustration was what she was feeling. Their relationship is not what it used to be, not even close. Jiwon would come home and have his stuff ready for him. He would always have the house clean but lately she had been noticing he had been arriving later and leaving earlier. Was he avoiding her? Probably. "Am I that bad for him? Do I not give him enough support? Or is he simply tired of me?" she asked herself as she looked at herself through the mirror. She had become a bit fatter, her hair was mostly messed over everything she had to do and, if it wasn't enough, she had been suffering for the past two months. Her head was almost always dizzy and her energy would always be down to the minimum. Was she working too much?

Her heart stopped as soon as the keys unlocked the door. Jiwon was home and she was crying. She panicked and hide herself somewhere quietly. "Should I break up with her then?" his voice asked. The female gulped down. It was like she forgot how to breathe. So that has been the reason why he changed his attitude lately. Hyojin nodded firmly and told herself there could be no other reason for this, of course. Her eyes scanned the room. She had no clothes there. "Yeah, I know. So I guess I will talk it out to her. Thanks" he was talking on the phone, probably with someone he trusted or maybe the reason why he wanted to break up with her. She didn't want to hear it anymore, without wasting any other second, the female picked up her hand bag and took out everything. What did Jiwon give her, again? Basically everything. But after they broke up, he probably wouldn't want to see it.

The female took out the money she had with her and set it aside. She cleaned their room and walked out, meeting the male. "Hyojin?" he gasped, noticing the female in front of him "Have you been crying?" in his eyes could be read concern. He reached our for her but she quickly stepped back, smiling slightly at him "I'm okay" she answered, nodding her head. The male was confused with her actions, especially when she held out money for him. He gave her a question look, wondering what the money was for. Kindly, the female explained "I think you don't want to keep the stuff you gave me because it will be useless, unless you want high heels and lipstick and dresses... So I'm paying you back for them." "Those were gifts though..." he said, surprised with her actions. Hyojin then broke down crying in front of him, something she didn't want. She felt stupid "I'm sorry... Don't mind me. I... Just take the money. I won't bother you anymore. I will be sure to move out tomorrow too, as you want." "As I want? What are you talking about?" "Jiwon, what you're doing right now is cruel. If you want to break up with me, you can simply say it to me... You don't need to act like you don't know." Jiwon was caught off guard. The money was set on his hands and the female quickly made her way to the kitchen. He followed her and watched her serve dinner. For one person only. He frowned. "You should eat, and rest. Don't worry, I will get myself out this night, I don't want to bother you" the female whispered, wiping her tears away as she managed to get herself to wash the dishes without making a sound. "You were the one who wanted to break up though." Jiwon's eyes were on the female. She didn't feel well. She held tightly onto the counter. This has been the first time they misunderstood each other and fought over it "I never wanted to break up but I noticed,, after hearing you by accident that you don't want this and I can't hold you onto something you don't want." "You said we had to talk" "We did.. I wanted to tell you that... " she stopped and shook her head. "That?" he approached her. "No, it's okay, I don't want this to hold you back. You want us to part right? Then this doesn't really bring you any good news so I guess you don't need to know" "What is it?" he sounded annoyed. The female smiled slightly "Just... Before I tell you, you don't need to act like you still want us to work out after I tell you. It's okay, Jiwon. Well, here goes nothing." Hyojin chuckled and held her hands tightly. "I wanted to tell you that this was probably my fault so if you don't want it, it's... Not fine but I will take care of it by myself. I'm pregnant. I know what you're going to say so don't worry, I will be going now. Just give me two hours and I'll pack my stuff. You can eat and rest and I guess I will see you around." finally she could breathe but the male was frozen. What did she say? Did he hear it correctly? Hyojin was now packing her stuff, trying to keep it together. She didn't tell anybody else about being pregnant as she wanted to announce it with Jiwon but it seemed like she wouldn't be announcing it as planned. Her family was away so she wouldn't have to worry about explaining any of those to them. And Jiwon probably would think this was another problem to the list therefore she decided to do it on herself. "Let's see... Jiwon has dinner, lunch and breakfast for tomorrow.. I have my stuff and I already paid him. So I guess we're ready to go, honey" she talked to herself, chuckling softly. Her hand rest over her stomach as she realised she had nowhere to spend the night. Asking to stay for the night wouldn't be that hard, would it? "Hmm... Bobby-ssi..." the male was still standing there but Hyojin's voice goes him to turn around "Would you mind if we stayed here for the night?" She nervously asked, but the male stared at her as if she was a monster. He looked over at her stomach, shocked. Hyojin looked down as he didn't answer her and sighed softly.

She decided to stay, as Jiwon wouldn't say a word. The female ended up falling asleep on the couch. The male didn't take long to find her. He sat beside her and sighed, watching her as her chest raised and fell. "So this was what you wanted to talk about" he whispered, resting his hand over her stomach, feeling it warm up his cold hand. The female whined over the cold sensation. "Shh... Let daddy sleep" she whispered, dreaming as she moved her hand slightly. Jiwon let a smile grow on his lips. His arms carried the female to their room and set her down on the bed. He laid down next to her and caressed her bangs. He didn't sleep that night; all the worries he had seemed to disappear after he got to know about his kid. He kept admiring the female, wondering how she made it through this. Before he could take his hand away, the alarm clock rang. Hyojin sat up quickly as she had set it to five a.m.. She wanted to leave while he was sleeping so she wouldn't have to make him face her in the morning. "Where are you going?" his voice whispered. Hyojin rubbed her eyes and spoke "I'm going to work and look for a house" she answered, not understanding she was talking to Jiwon. He sat up as well and wrapped his arms around her "Stay. Please. Why didn't you tell me before?" his lips that always seduced her, were pressed against her skin. "I didn't know how to tell you... And you were busy so I didn't want to bother..." "How long?" "Almost three months" she was now completely into his embrace "Please stay. We can still work it out" "I don't want to fight. If you no longer love me, please make sure to love our kid at least." "Who says I don't? "
