Junhwe waved from the other side of the street, smiling like an idiot as he tried to get the female's attention. Her eyes however, where the only instrument he could ever see smiling and from the distance they were he couldn't even understand if she was looking at him. But she was, smiling with her eyes as curving her lips upwards could be the worst sin she'd ever done. She didn't wave back but instead she lowered her head and walked inside, knowing that this would be the last free step she'd be taking that afternoon.

It had always been like this after her parents had passed away. She found her uncle pretty nice in the beggining, right before things started to get out of hand. It was not like she could tell anyone about it anyways. She lived with him and there was nothing she could do to change that as she was still underage. Most of the time, she'd hug her knees up to her chest as she cried in her room, quietly to herself in hope time would pass by quickly but terror was always around her, inside her head, consuming her each second she decided to live that life she had got used to after her parents' death.

''I'm home.'' the female quietly said as she opened the door. Junhwe was still outside, watching her in as he wondered if he'd ever have the chance to get to know the real her since she didn't even give him the chance to get closer to her. They were friends and they went through a lot together, since middle school but things were never clear enough for him as there was a point she decided to push him away and eventually stop him from knowing her deeper than the small surface he was able to read off. Just like everyone else; that was worrying him.

''You're home? I'm hungry.'' he commented, staring at the tv as he quietly bobbed his head to the news that seemed interesting enough to keep his brain busy with it. A heavy sigh escaped the female's lips; she had things to tell him - and hopefully this would be enough to get her out of the house for a while more, so she would have less time to think about her life. ''I got a job.'' she commented, almost casually. But the answer was as dry as he always let his voice sound ''A job.'' he whispered, nodding his head slightly as if he wasn't interested in her conversation. To avoid problems, she walked towards the kitchen and started cooking, quietly as her mind was still making her nervous for the other thing she still had to ask.

Obviously the job was a huge relief for her as she didn't have to spend as long as she used to at home, stuck in between those four walls that seemed smaller by the minute, ready to squish her when there was no space left. That was the trap her life seemed like and she didn't like it one bit. It was hard to live, what more if she lived like this? It was pure hell, living wihtout having the chance to live if that could ever be possible since living could be explained by being free. Not being free meant no life. Period.

''I have a project to finish too...I needed to warn you since I can't do it at school due to the schedule and I have work right after I'm done so I'm going to spend the night out in my classmate's house.'' she finally said it, biting her lip harshly as she waited for him to shout at her but he didn't even bother ''Alright.'' he told her, shrugging his shoulders - he couldn't let her drop her grades, unless he wanted people to suspect him, for not letting her out.

Surprisingly, the day went by quickly, getting Hayeon to the next day. As usual, she got out of the house early and walked towards the bus stop, waiting for Junhwe there since she didn't want her uncle to see her waiting for a guy as he could misunderstand the situation and it could be bad for her. Junhwe usually didn't take long and that day was no exception. They never really took the bus, instead, they walked but Hayeon insisted they met there everyday and he didn't seem to mind it.

''So, how about we get to your house today?'' She asked, wanting desperatelly to get offf the environment her house was. Junhwe took a look at the female and nodded his head as he saw no problem for that day ''Sure.'' he commented, humming quietly - there was a lot he wanted to ask her, such as her background but she rarely talked about it. She rarely talked about her parents and that made him understand he had to dig deeper  in order to stop her fro saying things she didn't feel comfortable with; he had to find those out by himself.

''I have work though so I can only join you after I'm done.'' she continued, humming quietly as they walked through the school gates. The male nodded his head, understanding her situation but then again, asking himself why she was working when she was so young - something was really off about her and he needed to know what it was and why.

''I will go with you and keep you company.'' he offered, giving the female no choice but to comply to his words. She rolled her eyes playfully at him - she was comfortable with him even if she had a lot about her that he didn't know about. She felt safe whenever she was near him but she couldn't let him know about everything. He would probably walk away from her and she didn't need to be left alone like that. He was the one she could lean on even without explaining a thing. They had learnt to be there for each other without asking questions; it was their own way that actually felt just right for both.

Classes too, flew by, not even giving Hayeon enough time to process the day she had ahead - it was like she was living for once; she was free, finally. She dreamed about this day more than she could ever say. As they headed out, she suddenly hugged the male tightly by his torso, knowing this was weird for him probably ''Thank you'' she told him, making him even more confused but as usual, he didn't ask a simple question about it and just nodded his head as if saying she didn't need to thank him about whatever - he had no idea what she was thanking him for but the female knew perfectly well this freedom she got was due to him. He had helped her searching for a job, and he offered her to sleep over after they were done with their project, which got her relaxed for once.

However, the day was going way too smoothly, no problems ahead, no nothing and that was not something she was used to. It felt weird. Great but weird as she used to hear names she never thought that existed once she got home, having her uncle blaming her for every and anything that happened. Even when nothing happened, it was her the one to blame. This taste of freedom felt great.

''Your order will come right up.'' Hayeon nicely said to the costumer who nodded his head and sat down after walking away from the counter. Junhwe was sitting by the counter, keeping Hayeon busy when there was nothing to do since she wasn't always serving the tables or taking orders. Once the order was complete, she took it to the table the man was standing in ''Do call me if there's anything else.'' she respecfully told him, bowing her head as she turned her back on him to leave. She was surprised to be pulled back, into the male's lap. Her eyes widened and she suddenly froze - this freedom didn't feel as good anymore; she did get enough of this at home and she didn't need it to be her reality at work either.

Junhwe on the other hand was looking over at Hayeon and the sudden sight of her sitting on the costumer's lap got his blood boiling, He got up from his seat and walked towards them. With one smooth movement, he pulled her off his lap and grabbed the guy's collar with his free hand ''Just who the hell do you think you are to touch my girlfriend like this?'' he growled at the male who nervously laughed, as if telling the other it was an accident that wouldn't happen again.

After this, Junhwe pulled the female to the bathroom, telling her to breathe in and out. Hayeon smiled slightly and shook her head, wanting to tell the male it was okay but the words that came out from made Junhwe surprised ''I'm used to this.'' however, she didn't even notice what she said. Junhwe froze, wondering if what she said was truth or if she was just trying to calm him down and didn't know what to say so it came out like that. Either way, he didn't like it. He wanted her to talk to him, to open up so he could help her if there was case for that. But she gently pushed him away and got to work.

Later, on that night, Hayeon was in Junhwe's room, looking around it. ''Did you bring pajamas?'' he suddenly asked her when he noticed she  still didn't excuse herself to the bathroom to change from her uniform. She looked down at herself and thought for a while, smiling slightly as she shook her head. ''It's okay, I usually sleep like this.'' she told him, nodding her head firmly as she displayed a soft smile. Junhwe frowned. ''I can let you wear one of mine if you'd like.'' he offered, tilting his head as he pointed to his closet. Hayeon smiled slightly and shook her head but the male sighed and got up, handing her a pajama. She sighed and asked him to exit for a second.

She started changing but the sudden door opening stopped her. She tried to cover her body but Junhwe stood there frozen. He was going to get something from his desk and he didn't expect her to be undressed that quickly. He froze, not because he had seen her - since he actually had a crush on her - but because something in her body called his attention. He walked up to her and frowned, noticing scars that ripped her skin. ''What's this?'' he asked, concerned to which the female shook her haed, smiling at him. At this point, she couldn't care the slightest about her clothing. She just wanted to get away from this situation.

''What's going on in your life, Hayeon?'' he suddenly asked, gripping her wrist as he looked into her eyes. She wanted to avoid his eyes but it was almost impossible. They were captivating her. Memories rushed through her brain as she shook her head, causing her to start crying quietly. She didn't want to even look at her scars but she had to live with them, each and every single one of them. Upon seeing tears rolling down her cheeks, he felt stupid - he just made the girl he loved cry. It was not his intention. He wanted her to trust him and so far, he was failing. ''Hey...I'm...I'm sorry. It's okay if you don't want to talk about it.'' he mumbled, frowning. Hayeon wrapped her arms around his neck, shaking her head slowly as she held tightly onto him. All she wanted was to be away from her nightmare that seemed to come back everyday.

Junhwe sighed and helped her getting dressed, not being able to take his eyes from the scars in her body. He wanted to know why this was happening to her and exactly what was happening to her since it seemed confusing enough to get him shaking his head at his own thoughts. ''Do you want to talk about it?'' he asked when he managed to sit her on the bed and sit with her. Hayeon looked down at her hands just before she hugged him again, wanting to feel his arms around her, this being enough to keep her safe. ''My parents passed away when I was younger.'' she started, sobbing quietly. The male nodded his head, looking at her as he waited for her to go on. ''And I'm living with my uncle.'' she continued, holding tightly onto Junhwe as she wans't able to go on. He sighed.

''Was he the one who did this to you?'' he asked her but she kept quiet. All he needed was that simple answer. ''Was he the one that did this to you?'' he repeated, holding onto her tightly. She nodded her head slowly, feeling relieved to share this with someone. Junhwe kissed her head head gently as he tried to keep himself calm; he knew he wouldn't keep calm. ''I will take care of you....princess..'' he whispered to her, hugging her tightly to him as he laid down with her on his bed. He wasn't going to let go of her that night. Or ever.

After waking up, the first thing his eyes saw was a sleeping Hayeon. His eyes looked over at the clock, making him understand that they were late. He couldn't care less. He wasn't planning on going to school. He gently kissed her forehead as his hand caressed her waist. She was still asleep and by the way she slept so comfortably, he understood she didn't get to do this often. He sighed. He knew he needed to do something about this. She was important to him and he wasn't going to let her uncle ruin her life just because he wanted to.

Before the female woke up, he slipped off the bed and made his way to her house, telling his mother to look after Hayeon for a while as she was going through a hard time. This way he knew she was safe. Junhwe rang the bell a few times, making sure to get the male inside annoyed with just how many times he managed to ring in a single minute. He couldn't care less about the man inside. He wanted to get back at him for doing what he did to an innocent woman. More, an innocent woman that happened to be his.

As soon as the door was open, Junhwe landed a punch on the male's face. ''Just who the hell do you think you are, huh?'' he shouted, watching the male fall down right in front of him ''Do you know what you deserve?'' he shouted, punching him again in his face. ''You deserve to die.'' he shouted in the male's face. Junhwe wouldn't be able to hold onto himself much longer and that was exactly why he called the police before exiting his house. He didn't care if he was getting arrested for this; Hayeon's uncle had to understand he couldn't do what he wanted just because. He hated people who took other people's freedom and that was exactly what was happening to the girl he liked; should he hold onto himself? He wasn't sure anymore.

All he knew was that when the police arrived, he was pulled back and the man was taken. He then came back to his house and looked for Hayeon who sat on the kitchen, staring at her breakfast. He sat beside her, leaning close to her to kiss her temples ''You're staying here, with us.'' he whispered to her, slipping his hand in hers as he intertwinned their fingers. ''He won't hurt you anymore.'' he whispered to her just to have her in his arms, crying on his chest. He may had solved a problem but there were so many more to solve.

Member: Donghyuk
Name: Lee Jiyeon
Genre: Kind of angst and fluff ? I don't really know, haha.
Plot: Jiyeon has an eating disorder. She only eats something when she's with her friends because she doesn't want them to worry and feels bad as soon as she eats something which almost always leads to throwing up as soon as she is alone. It's getting better now that she has her boyfriend, donghyuk, though. She doesn't throw up anymore but she still hates herself for eating and never eats much. She still thinks she's too fat and too ugly as well.
And the story is just.. donghyuk finding out about Jiyeons problems and tries to help her and tells her that she's beautiful and he loves her the way she is and that he's worried and all that kind of things?
