“Babe, ugh, Babe!”

Taehyung’s voice was floating through the apartment from just about every direction it felt like to a very sleepy Seokjin who was bundled up in all the sheets and had a pillow over his head. He hadn’t gotten nearly enough sleep because a certain someone just hadn’t been satisfied, the first, second or even the third time that they rolled around in the hay. Sometimes, Taehyung’s boundless energy really pooped the elder out. It made him feel old but damn, he had worked a full 40 hour shift prior to his lovers insane libido.

Ignoring the man, Seokjin snuggled deeper into his covers. Taehyung rushed through the bathroom, looking for his lucky socks, promptly stubbing his toe on the door frame. Now, he was bouncing on one foot, fingers gripped around his foot. He hopped into the hallway cursing up a storm while still calling out to Seokjin, who he knew was ignoring him. Placing his foot back on the ground he walked cautiously over to the bedroom, ready to whine to when something caught the corner of his eye. Looking over to the kitchen he found one of his lucky neon green socks hanging on the wine rack in the kitchen.

“... That’s where that went.”

He mumbled as he made his way over and found the second sock lying on the floor by the refrigerator. Picking them both up he slipped one on his foot and then the other. Walking back to their bedroom, Taehyung leaned over Seokjin, removing the pillow, he his hair before pressing his lips to the top of his head. Then he made his way as quietly as he could, which wasn’t actually quiet at all but more like a herd of baby elephants to the front door. Put on his dress shoes. Just before slipping out the door, he heard a rather tired but genuine,

“Good luck on your interview.”

A smile would grace his lips for the rest of the day.
