Seokjin narrowed his dark eyes at the man in front of him.

“Don’t make me regret this.”

His voice was stern but the flicker of the corner of his lips turning up gave away that he was just joking. Taehyung noticing this just smiled that boxy grin of his. Taking a step closer he wrapped his arms around Seokjin’s waist and nuzzled his nose into the elder’s neck.

“I promise, you won’t. You’ll love her.” Pressing his lips gently to the side of his boyfriend’s neck he pulled back raising his eyes up to meet Seokjin’s. They were full of the love that had blossomed between them over the years. It was happy, bubbly, sweet, caring, and never ending. At least, that was how Taehyung felt it always would be. Slipping his hand into Seokjin’s he entwined their fingers and lead the elder up to the front steps of his old family home.

“Of course I will, babe.” Seokjin murmured against Taehyung’s ear before the man knocked of the door and promptly opened it almost simultaneously.

“Grandma! I’m back. I’ve brought someone to meet you.” Pulling his boyfriend across the threshold, he squeezed Seokjin’s hand in encouragement. The elder gulped, fleeting nervousness washing through him once more before he met the most important person in his lovers life. Stepping across the threshold, there was no turning back. As if he would?! Never.
