Dragon of the EastThe next morning, I woke up with my head against his bare chest. The blanket was covering me, thank God, because I was pretty sure I wasn't wearing my pjs. Or anything, really.
Oh, how grateful I was of my messy habits. My bathrobe was still sitting on the other bed, not far from me, all the way from yesterday morning.
I reached over and put it on, hearing stirring behind me as I tied the string around my waist. I turned around. He was peeking at me with one eye open.
I leaned forward, putting my knee on the surface of the bed and kissed the tip of his nose. "It's time to wake up, sleepyhead."
"But this dream is so perfect." he moaned and rolled over on to his back. After a few moments, he sat up and rubbed the sleep out of his eyes. He threw his legs over the side of the bed and stood, but wait... If I wasn't wearing anything...
I blushed and turned my back to him, pretending to look for something in the depths of my closet. He silently went into the bathroom and I heard the shower turn on.
I breathed a sigh of relief. I arranged a pile of clothes for him and I put some clothes on myself, too. I looked at the clock. Not time yet, the cafeteria wasn't open yet. But I was sick of cafeteria food. I wanted some actual, real, Korean breakfast. I smiled to myself. I knew exactly where we'd go.
I had to drag Ji to the door, practically.
