A Home for Miya
Golden Quill - The Leaders (GQ3)In the weeks that followed Kyungsoo winning the Golden Quill, Haneul's life became a frenzy of dinner parties and events, lavish gowns and pictures taken for glossy society magazines. it seemed that Jung Kyungsoo was a big deal and she, had just taken one of Seoul’s most eligible bachelors off the market. Hated was too mild a word to describe the looks and comments thrown her way but Haneul took it on the chin because she had what they wanted. Kyungsoo in her arms at the end of every long day and he always said two things to her, “I love you and hold on to me.” so she did. Every day, she glided along in this fantasy world and only came down to earth when he grabbed her hand, anchoring her.

Kyungsoo stood and stared out at the view of the Finite gardens, “My ancestors built this brick by brick. It is in my blood but I don’t want to live in a hotel for the rest of my life. I want to finish work and come home to a family.
