“I’m not leaving,” Baekhyun told them. 

Sung-kyung, Tao and Kris looked at each other. Sung-kyung nudged Kris’ foot. 

“Then we’re not leaving,” Kris announced. 

“I’m not leaving.” Baekhyun repeated slowly, “Didn’t you hear me? I’m not joking, right? You should still go back to warn hyung about the Madame.”  

“Are you staying for Isa?” Sung-kyung wanted to know, “Isa is on her own mission.” they had barely spoken since Isa came back from the School. Sung-kyung had tried numerous times, but where Isa was, there was Yifeng lurking closeby.

“It’s about everything on this island. Hana, Isa, Davi, that poor kid. All these people are trapped in some time warp with the crazy wizard called Zhang Yifeng.” 

Tao ran a hand through his hair, “I’m not leaving without Isa and let’s be honest you’re not leaving without your Davi.” Kris shot Baek a quick look to check his reaction. 

“Arran’s seeing some guy called Jackson Wang.” Baekhyun put him at ease. 

“Jackson Wang?” Kris racked his mind, “Where do I know that guy from? Oh , the guy from her uni?” he snapped his fingers, “I’m not surprised.” he smiled like a father might when he learns his daughter is dating a good guy.
“Wow - you really were in a convenient relationship,” Sung-kyung muttered. 

“And Arran knows about Davi.” Kris told them but in particular Baekhyun. 

“I get it. Everything fits perfectly. So no one’s leaving then?” 

Everyone nodded. 

“Originally we wanted to escape via the dock but what if we wait for the competition and take out Zhang Yifeng then?” Kris told them, “then we wait for that judge to return and get off this island that way?” 

“So, no matter what happens, even if Isa wins?” Tao clarified. 

“Especially if Isa wins,” Baekhyun spoke ominously. “It’s our only shot.” 

“Okay check it.” Kris pulled a piece of paper from his pocket, where he and Tao had been sketching different scenarios. “We have 12 days. We have to work on Isa. I know it feels like she’s on Yifeng’s side but there has to be more to it.” 

“What about Davi?” Sung-kyung wanted to caution them, “I know she’s doing a lot better since she’s off the crazy pills, but Yifeng is her husband. What if she does
