His POV

I wake up in a not so big room, but sure gives a great comfort atmosphere. It feels warm, unlike the coldness I felt last night. I open my eyes and try to get up, but then a pang hit my head hard. “Damn!”, I curse, as I hold my head tight. Actually, angels are not allowed to curse, but who cares anyway. I’m not in Heaven now. It’s Earth for God sake, means that I can do anything I want, including the one that banned for angels to do.

I rub my in pain head, and find my bleeding elbow already got bandaged. So did my knee. My body too is also neatly bandaged. I look around the room, trying to find any clue about where I am now. This room is way too neat for a boy’s room. Where am I now actually? Who helped me? Was it the girl earlier? Where are my clothes? Hell, am I ? Uhm wait why do I act like a girl?

Curious, I stand up from the bed. As soon as I get my balance, I walk towards the door and open it. I peek around before I finally walk out of the room. There is no sign of anyone here. Where is this?

“Hey, awake already?”

I jump back in shock as I hear the girl’s voice. That’s the voice I last heard before I fainted. Her voice makes me shiver down to my spine, in a good way. Never heard a sweet voice like that in heaven. Even the singer angels, which have the best voices ever, never give me goosebumps like this.

I then turn around, and find a girl with a smile stand right in front of me. She wears a black large sweater and shorts. Simple clothing, but somehow makes me attracted to her. I stare at her in silence, not knowing what to say or what to do. I feel warmth all over my body. Am I sick?

“If I were you, I wouldn’t move around too much. You’re not fully healed”, she says again, giving another goosebump on my back of neck. I rub it and nervously look down to my feet. Surprisingly feel shy, which I, as an angel, never felt before.

She just chuckles on my act and sweetly says, “Hungry right? Let’s eat”

Her POV

I was about to wake him up, when I found him already awake and walked out from the room. He looks around suspiciously, like a strained dog. He doesn’t wear any clothes. Well, I took them off since they got on the way when I tried to treat his wounds last night. I’m about to call him, but I realize I don’t even know who he is.

I found him last night leaning on the stamp lamp with bloods all over his body. It’s not my habit to walk around at night, especially at midnight. But something just urged me to take a midnight walk instead of sleeping soundly. I was walking around with uneasy feeling, since it was midnight. Anything or anyone could just attack me, but somehow, I still went on my midnight walk. As soon as I arrived at the park, I heard someone groaning somewhere. Then, I found him, hobbled around and almost fell to the ground. I quickly approached him, then he fell down right into my embrace. Bloods were flowing through his clothes and I decided to just took him home and let him rest in my apartment. That’s how he ends up being here.

I walk towards him who is now looking around the apartment. He must be puzzled to find himself in an unknown place.

“Hey, awake already?”, I say, trying to get his attention. He freezes for awhile, and then turns around to face me. I examine his face features. He looks… too perfect to be true. I even wonder whether he is a human or other creature, but he has feet and shadows, so I assume he is a human.

He stares at me in silence, with those big shiny eyes. Is there something wrong with me? I take a glance on his bandaged elbows and knees. They still bleed.

“If I were you, I wouldn’t move around too much. You’re not fully healed”, I say again, more like worrying that the wounds will get worse. Then he rubs his back of neck and look down to his feet, like a 3-years-old kid meeting someone he barely knew. I smile to see his innocent act. Then, I remember he hasn’t eaten anything since last night.

“Hungry right? Let’s eat”
