I guess this chapter can be called fluff O_O

Lol, sorry I can only update once today since my stepsis who I thought wasnt going to b at the house was there.....

I had to take her to buy ice cream and to the park -_-

YongHwa's POV

SeoHyun: Woah~! Look, the water..... It's so sparkly!

I smiled to myself as I watched SeoHyun jump about on the soft sand, her eyes fixed on the wide blue ocean laid out in front of us.

SeoHyun: But why aren't there any people? I mean, the beach is quite small, but the view is amazing!

She skipped over to my side and probably subconciously, put her hand gently on my arm.

A fizzy feeling shot through me and for a minute, I felt like I was out in another world.

SeoHyun: YongHwa Oppa~? Oppa~?

I snapped back into reality and faced SeoHyun with a smirk.

Me: Sorry, I was just thinking.....

SeoHyun: Thinking? About what?

Me: Oh, nothing big, just that haunted forest over there.

I couldn't help but smirk some more as SeoHyun's expression completely changed from excited to nervous.

There was a forest located right next to the beach - if you walked along the sand and water, you'd end up walking into the forest and out to who-knows-where.

SeoHyun: H..... Haunted?

Me: Yup. My father and me used to come out here alot when we came up from BuSan. Once, we came out here with a few of my father's friends and built a hut in that forest and slept in it. There was already words going around about the forest being haunted, but of course, we all thought it was just a rumour made up by some teenagers and ignored it. Apparently, that was not so.....

By now, we had walked up to where the tall trees began to stand tall in front.

Me: Wanna go in and look around?

SeoHyun's grip on my arm tightened as I pulled her closer to the first line of trees.

SeoHyun: Okay..... But you have to stay with me!

I chuckled at that - SeoHyun would never turn down an opportunity, no matter how hard and in this case, scary it seemed.

I guess that was one of the things that made her different from other girls and all people.

We walked deeper and deeper into the forest and as the trees became thicker and thicker, the light also became darker and darker.

SeoHyun: Hey! There's a hut over there! Is that the.....

Me: Yup, that's it!

Sure enough, a small hut built out of wood was standing behind some tall trees.

We made our way over and examined it.

Me: SeoHyun-ah, you go in the hut first. I'm just going to look around to make sure there's nothing that seems off or dangerous, okay?

After a brief hesitation, she nodded and opened the door which creaked with the movement.

As soon as I saw her disappear into the building, I slipped around to the back and pulled out the circular box about the size of my palm from my pocket.

It was coloured a mix of pink and red and tied up with a black and white striped ribbon.

Inside, there was a bracelet made out of silver and pink-tinted-gold love hearts.

Taking in a deep breath to calm myself down, I placed the box carefully in my pocket once again and stood up to enter the hut.

On my way, I thought about how innocent and gullible SeoHyun was.

I was worried about what I'd do if SeoHyun wouldn't believe me when I said this forest was haunted and wouldn't go in, but now I was more worried that I had broken the romantic mood for later.

I stepped in through the open door and closed it behind me, accidentally putting more force than I intended and slammed it instead.

SeoHyun: YongHwa Oppa!!!!!

Even though I knew she was just frightened by the slam of the door, I ran to her voice at once.

Me: Sorry, that was me. I accidentally slammed the door.

Her stiffened body loosened at my presence and she shuffled closer to me.

SeoHyun: I'm scared. What if this place is really haunted?

Me: It's not, I was just joking~!

SeoHyun: ..... No, I'm pretty sure it's haunted. I saw something move outside that window..... It was really scary!

Confused, I stood up and started to walk over to the window SeoHyun had pointed at when she grabbed my ankle and stopped me.

SeoHyun: Don't do that! What if whatever's out there jumps through the window at you?

I smiled warmly and bent down to take her hand off my ankle and held it tightly in my hand.

Me: I'm pretty sure there's nothing out there. My father owns this hut and I come here - well, used to come here all the time with him. I was really just joking about it being haunted~!

She pondered a little on that and I took that chance to walk over to the window.

Just like I had thought.

The area outside the window had been the place I had been when I was outside, checking the bracelet in my pocket.

Me: SeoHyun-ah..... It was just me out there!

I walked back over to where she was sitting and pulled her up off the ground.

Me: There's something I want to show you and give you.

SeoHyun: What is it?

I led her out of the hut and pulled her in the direction of the back of the hut, but walked right past and kept going.

SeoHyun: Ah, where are we going?

I didn't answer, but put her in front of me and lightly pushed her ahead of me.

The sound of the wave of the sae soon came into our ears as we neared the edge of the ground.

SeoHyun: Wow!!!!!

SeoHyun ran onto the wooden balcony with a ledge to get a better view of the sea that was now under us.

I let her take in the same scene as before from a different spot and when she finally seemed to have calmed down her excitement a little more, I walked up and stood beside her, leaning on the ledge.

SeoHyun: YongHwa Oppa, this is so cool!

Me: Yup, I knew you'd like it~!

We stood in the silence for a little longer, admiring the scene a little more.

Me: The thing I wanted to give to you.....

SeoHyun: Yeah?

I pulled up her hand that was resting by her side and held it on my palm.

Blushing, she looked up at me with curious eyes.

With my free hand, I reached into my pocket and took out the box.

From inside, I picked up the bracelet and held it for a few seconds in my hand as SeoHyun admired it.

When she lifted her look back up to me, I slipped the bracelet onto her thin wrist and held her hand in both my hands.

Me: It's for you. I got the one with the most hearts to tell you how much I love you, but I don't think all that's enough to express it. I might sound really cheesy at the moment, but I mean it.

Suddenly, she threw her arms around me and I stumbled back a little.

We both laughed and giggled before making our way back towards the hut.

SeoHyun: It's just like you said. The forest doesn't seem so haunted, now that I'm in such a happy mood~!

Hey beautiful eyes scanned the trees and landed on me.

My eyes had always been on her, so when she looked at me, it was eye-contact.

Another fizzy feeling fell throughout my body, only this time it was stronger.

My reaction was also stronger this time.

I leant in and kissed her.

When her hands found mine, I could feel her bracelet pressing against my wrist.

Everything felt so right.....

I wanted this moment to last.
