The things written in italics is sort of Jessica's Flashback - it's a part of her ngihtmare.

Yes, that is only a PART of the nightmare because I'll put more parts in in the later chappies! ^^

Jessica's POV

I woke up today with a big headache and my foot stuck between the wall and the part plastic and part wooden frame of my bed.

I sat up, finding it hard to stable myself even though I was just sitting.

I turned the angle of my foot and slowly tried to pull out, but failed.

When I pulled harder, it only hurt more and my foot stayed stuck.

I decided I'd try one more time and if it didn't work, I'd ask for some help.

With all my strength or whatever there was left over from trying to stable myself, I pulled and finally my foot came free.

Me: I hope the rest of my nightmare doesn't come true like this.....

I mumbled to myself.

Yes, I had had another nightmare and in it, I was running away from someone once again and I had gotten my foot stuck.

Honestly, I didn't want to think about it, so I decided to wash up.

I didn't have any schedules today luckily, because I wouldn't be able to do them in this state.

I put on my white slippers that had feathery angel wings sewn on and prepared to stand up.

As soon as my hands left the support of the bed and only my feet were there to hold me up, the pain in my head grew bigger and the room started to spin in front of my eyes.

I plummeted back into the bed after a few seconds of trying.

Sitting back up with much effort, I made my mind up to try and make it at least to the bathroom.

Before I stood up, I subconsciously dropped my gaze to my feet as sleep was still registered in my system.

My heart started beating faster at what I saw.

There was a red stain on my white slipper.

The stain wasn't big, but I always felt sick and dizzy at the sight of blood and since I already was dizzy with a headache, it didn't help one bit.

I gently pushed the stained slipper off my foot with my other foot.

Just what I had feared.

Blood.

It wasn't bleeding badly, but the cut wasn't small.

I remembered how I had pulled that foot out from between the wall and my bed.

I must've cut myself when I did that.

Now that I had noticed the cut, it started to sting like a million needles were poking it.

It felt a little bit like pins-and-needles, but it alot more painful than just that.

I grabbed some tissues from the bedside-table and put it over my cut.

It was times like these that I really appreciated the fact my room had an ensuite, even if it was small.

I somehow managed to stumble into the ensuite and pull out a firstaid kit.

Now I had more appreciation to do, thank Manager Oppa for putting firstaid kits in all ensuites in case of an emergency.

I cleaned the cut as best as I could and covered it with some bandage.

With whatever power I had left, I hauled myself off of the cold tiled floor and reached for the door.

I turned the knob.

But the door didn't open.

Is my nightmare becoming real?!

I closed my eyes, hoping that the thoughts of the nightmare would go away.

Sadly, it only made the scenes of the nighmare playing in my mind seem more real.


I was walking home from dance practice alone in the dark.

I didn't know where the other were, but I was alone.

Suddenly, the footsteps I had heard in the alleyway rang through the empty surrounding.

My feet sped up without thinking and soon, I was running as fast as I could.

I could see SNSD's house not far ahead and the light inside was on.

A sense of hope and relief ran through my body.

Then I tripped.

My foot got caught on some branches that were left on the sidewalk.

When I stood up, I was in that alleyway again.

The brick walls surrounding and closing in on me, making me feel trapped.

It was as if I was repeating my other nightmare.


I shook my head, trying to get the images out of my mind.

When I saw that didn't work, I kept tugging at the door, but you've guessed it, that didn't work either.

This wasn't going to be my day.

One option left.

I screamed at the top of my lungs and waited for a rescue.


In the lounge.....


YoonA: WOAH, WHAT ON EARTH WAS THAT?!

Tiffany: Oh no..... (Runs to Jessica's room followed by everyone else)


The 8 girls were standing in Jessica's room.....


TaeYeon: Jessica?! Where are you?!

Sunny: Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh!!!!!

YuRi: Are you okay?

Sunny: That's her slipper..... With blood on it.....

HyoYeon: Oh no, please don't say she's hurt.....

Tiffany: She might be in the ensuite!

SeoHyun: (Tries to open the door to the ensuite) It's locked!

SooYoung: TaeYeon Unni, she's going to be okay, right?

TaeYeon: She'll be fine.....

YoonA: But she screamed!!!!! Why would she scream when she's fine?!

Tiffany: Lemme open the door..... (Tries to open the door) Jessica, why did you lock the door?! Open it!

TaeYeon: Someone just kick it down!

Jessica: I can't open the door.....

HyoYeon: Omo, omo! Are you okay in there? Are you hurt?

Jessica: Let me out..... (Sobs)

Tiffany: No, don't cry! Jessica, you need to unlock the door for us to get you out!

Jessica: But I didn't lock it!

SeoHyun: Jessica Unni, just try to turn the lock around. Maybe you locked it accidentally.

Jessica: Okay.....

Tiffany: (Opens the door) Are you okay?

TaeYeon: What happened? Why are you bleeding? Did you hurt yourself?

Sunny: Come out here, Jessica, so you won't feel so crowded in a small place!


Jessica's POV

My nightmare is not going to turn into my reality.....

Right?
