Living as a popular idol doesn’t give Taehyung much free time to spend with his family but when he got one week off, he quickly planned a trip. After booking a hotel and getting plane tickets, Taehyung called you to pack up things because you were going to fly to Jeju Island early tomorrow morning.

Your house was a mess. You’ve opened two big suitcases in the middle of the house and you were constantly putting clothes and other things in them.

The most excited person in your small three-member family is your four-year-old son, Taenam. It’s his first official trip and knowing he is going to spend time with his father he can’t keep still.

He was running all over the house, sometimes colliding with you. You were stressed to keep track of necessary things you need to pack and with Taenam running here and there and sometimes bumping into you, you become short tempered.

“Taenam ah, we can’t take all your toys with us, pick only three of them.” You scolded Taenam after he’d filled one of the suitcases with his toys.

“But umma, I wanna play with appa.” Taenam whined but you weren’t going to spoil him.

“Only three.” You said firmly before heading to find your swimsuits. You were searching in your bedroom when you heard Taehyung’s voice coming from the living room. Finally, he is home.

“Appa! Umma is so scary now...”

You heard Taenam whining.

“What’s wrong?” Taehyung asked while holding up Taenam in his arms.

“She doesn’t let me bring my toys, I want to play with you.”

Taehyung cooed at him while poking his cheeks. “We’re going to play all day at the beach. I bet you’ll be so tired by night to play with your toys.”

“Really?!” Taenam beamed excited and seeing his little boy excited, Taehyung grinned.

“Yup baby. Besides, there are big shopping malls there and appa will buy you whatever you like.”

Taenam clapped his small hands together at the mention of buying new toys and Taehyung giggled seeing his son’s reaction. Taehyung let Taenam go play and came to bedroom to check on you.

“Hi.” You murmured while searching here and there.

“Want some help?”

“Nah… I’m almost finished.” You pulled out the swimsuits from your dresser unaware of the big frown plastered on your face. You were walking past Taehyung to put them in the suitcase but Taehyung stopped you by holding onto your wrist. Just by looking at you he knew you were stressed.
