Man these days have been very boring without Dr. Jung. The nurses said she is on a personal leave so I wonder what happened. I hope her family is ok...well I don’t know much about her family really. Does she have family other than her supposed sister?

“Taeyeon?”

Oh my! She can hear my thoughts!

“Do you mind I come in as a visitor?”

Oh my...she is so pretty in casual clothing. “Visitor?”

“Well I am off duty for certain reasons...”

“I see....umm you are welcomed here any time... as a doctor or friend.”

“Taeyeon there are...there are things I didn’t want to tell you. Well there are things I wanted you to remember on your own but time isn’t on our side. Do you mind if I take you somewhere today? I am sure your doctor will agree.”

Hehe so funny cause she is my doctor, but no laughing Taeyeon. She seems serious and sad...I wonder if that was why she was crying that day? “I will go anywhere...I ah mean it would be nice to get out.”

“Good. I will get the wheelchair for you.”

“Where are we going?”

“To another hospital.”

“How come?”

“I need you to meet someone.”

“Who is it?”

“Someone...someone very important to you.”

Dr. Jung seems so serious and not giving much information although we have been driving for a while. I guess I will just enjoy the silence and maybe get some rest.

“Taeyeon wake up. We are here.”

“How long was I out?”

“Only about thirty minutes. Help me get you into this wheelchair.”

I am still a bit tired but come on get your lazy into that chair.

“So are you going to tell me more about this person?”

“I will when we get to the room. Who knows...you might remember once you see her.”

“Ok.” I guess I will just have to sit tight and wait. What is up with all this secrecy anyways? Dr. Jung is still acting so odd.

“Here.”

Why is the room so dark? Oh is she sleeping?

“Taeyeon I want you to meet your fiancé and m-my sister.”

What!

“W-what do you mean? M-my fiancé? I am...I am...to your sister?”

“Yes.”

“And you knew? You knew I was with her?”

“Yes.”

“How could you? How could you keep this from me!” I hate these secrets!

“Taeyeon...I wanted to but...I didn’t want you to know that she was like this...she has been unresponsive since the accident.”

“The accident? You mean my accident?”

“Yes.”

“W-won’t she wake up like me? You know eventually?”

“Taeyeon...she is different from your case. You were in a coma and still responsive to certain stimuli. She is in...what they call a vegetative state and not responding. She will never wake up.”

God she is beautiful...just like Dr. Jung, “W-what does that mean? Why am I here then? Why show her to me when...when she will never wake up?”

“Because you needed to see her before...before we decided to pull the plug.”

“You are going to kill her?”

“Taeyeon...she was already gone...there was some hope for a while but now...we know that she is only using our machines.”

“How can you take her from me when I just...just found out that she is mine!”

“Taeyeon...”

“Don’t you need my consent?”

“You are not married so...as her family, I decided on this. This was hard for me too but...it is better she gets put to rest.”

God why am I crying so much? I mean I barely remember this girl here...laying almost lifeless. All I know is that I don’t want to let her go.

“Taeyeon...I also need to tell you that I am sorry. Sorry that it was all my fault. I am the one that took everyone you loved away from you...if it wasn’t for me...none of this...none of this would have happened.”

Dr. Jung...

“I am so sorry.”
