KAI POV

“Oppa. We need to talk.” She said softly but I can sense determination in her tone.

I looked at her and saw the pain again in her eyes. What did I do? Why Am I so stupid? Why do I have to make this girl cry? To feel hurt when she has done nothing wrong?

“I’m sorry Flo.” I blurted out.

“huh?”

“I’m sorry I was avoiding you these past few days..”

“I understand Kai.. and I know what you think of me now. I’m so disgusting right?”

“What? NO! Not that. I never thought of you like that.” I said grabbing her shoulders to make her face me. “never. We have a misunderstanding.”

“Then what?”

“I was avoiding you because I was so insecure with myself. I felt so insignificant next to Kris.”

“no-“

“Let me finish okay? I never thought of you as disgusting Flo. It never entered my mind. You’re a brave, wonderful, awesome girl and I’m just an insecure boy who loves you. I was so scared when Kris changed and said he loved you that you’ll leave me for him. It looked that way for me. You two always seemed to be nice to look at when your together so I really got insecure and to save my ego I started to avoid you.. partly for my ego partly because I don’t want to hear you say your breaking up with me..”

“Why should I break up with you?”

“Exactly. I’m so stupid Flo. Forgive me.”

“You have too much of a vivid imagination Kai.”

“I know. Sorry.”

“I told you to never doubt that I love you right and yet you still did.” She said and looked away from me. Her eyes were glistening with tears. Her face had an expression of pain.

My heart stopped beating and thumped faster. Could I have hurt her too much that she wanted nothing to do with me anymore? No. I threw myself on the ground in front of her and bowed putting face near the ground.

“Kai what are you doing?” She asked surprised.

“I’m asking for your forgiveness.” I answered  not looking up. “I’m sorry Flo. Forgive me.”

She didn’t answer but I heard a rustle and her arms were tugging me up.

“Stop it Kai. You don’t need to do this.” She said.

“No I will stay like this until you forgive me.” I answered.

I heard her sigh.

“What am I going to do with you?” She said and pulled me up hard. I was taken by surprise and didn’t protest. I was now kneeling in front of her and she was grasping my face. “You’re an idiot.”

“Yes I am. I so stupid to think like that.”

“You deserve a punishment.”

“Anything.”

I was preparing myself for some sort of pain so I closed my eyes but I was surprised to feel her lips on mine. Shock and that electric feeling filled my brain. She pulled back and looked at me amused.

“You really thought I would hit you?” she said my face.

“I deserve to be hit.” I said.

I didn’t saw the hand it smacked me hard on the back of my head. I look at her surprised.

“You hit me.” I said surprised.

“Oh believe me I want to do worst..” Flo said. “You’re such an idiot Kim Jong-In. you made me restless for days and this was the reason!! You’re such an idiot!! I lost sleep over this? Cried until I fell asleep and it was because you misunderstood? Arrgghhh! Babo Babo Babo!!” she balled her palms and started to hit me on the shoulders.

I knew she was holding back because it was only light hits.

“I’m sorry Flo.”

“You’re such an idiot!!” She said sinking to the ground in front of me and hit my chest. Tears were streaming from her eyes.

I didn’t put up any effort to defend myself but let her hit me. After a few more times she stopped and covered her face with her hands.

“Can I hug you now?” I ask.

She nods and I quickly pull her in my arms. I sat down on the ground and pulled her on my lap.

“I’m sorry Flo. I really am.” I said rubbing her back as she cried. “I understand if you hate me now.”

“That’s the problem. I can’t hate you!” She said angrily. “Ahh! Kim Jong-in you drive me crazy!! You’re such an idiot for thinking of those things.”

“Sorry.” I repeated.

She sighed, wraps her arms around me and buried her face on my chest. I knew then I was forgiven.

We stayed like that for a few moments.

“Flo?” I said still rubbing her back.

“Shut up.” She said hugging me tighter. I smiled and kissed her hair softly.

“I love you.” I said.

She loosens her hold on me and looks up at me.

“You don’t know how relieved I am to hear that from you.” she said as fresh tears flowed from her eyes. “I was so scared..”

“Shush baby.. I’m sorry I made you sad. What can you do your boyfriend is an idiot.” I said wiping away the tears.

She rolled her eyes and hugged me again.

“I love you too you idiot.” She murmured to my chest.

“Come on stop hiding your face. I made a stupid mistake of avoiding you and now I’m starved of the beautiful face of my girlfriend.” I said pulling away so I can look at her.

She pouted at me and glared. She just looked so adorable. I was an idiot who got so freaking lucky.

I grasp her chin and gently kissed her.

I was only planning on a short smack but apparently she had other plans. Her arms pull me close and she kissed me back hard. I didn’t need any more encouragement. I pull her close and her hands buried themselves through my hair.

I missed her. I missed her so much.

Her scent. Her warmth. Everything about her.

I missed that electric feeling I have when I kiss her. It was honestly addicting. That surge of heat and something else.

Her smooth strawberry tasting lips were addicting. I bit her lower lip and she gasped. I took full advantage of that. Her breathe tasted of mint and coffee. She must have been drinking it to stay awake.

She pulled back a few moments later, panting gasping for air. I was too. I pull her close and placed my nose on the crook of her neck and placed small butterfly kisses on it.

“Oppa stop that.” She complained. I nuzzled her neck even further. “That tickles.”

“I miss your scent.” I murmured.

“Vampire.” She teased and started to laugh but she stopped when I actually bit . “Oppa.. what are you doing?”

I didn’t answer but sunk my teeth softly into her sink and .

“Kai..” She said in a low husky voice. Her arms wrapping around me, one of them goes to my hair.

I again gently and stopped when she moaned my name. It was so darn y to listen to.

“Kiss me Kim jong-in.” She demanded when I pulled away.

“Gladly.” I said and did what she wanted.

A few minutes later we pulled away both breathless.

“Wow. If this is how we make up we should argue more often.” I said grinning at her. She smacked my head but it was more of a tease.

“Idiot.’ She said and kissed my cheek. “You’re my idiot. Never do that again. If you have something that is bothering you that is about us then talk to me. Stop assuming.”

“Ahh. That is why you don’t like assuming.” I said.

“Yup.” She said and attempted to stand.

“Where are you going?” I ask holding her tightly.

“Kai we’re sitting on the ground.” She said. “Come on get up.”

“But I like it here.”

“Oppa.. stop being so stubborn. Come on.”

I let her go and she stood up and dusted her shirt. It was an oversized one and she was wearing long socks on her legs and boots that had a strange name.. what are they called again?? Uggs? Or something like that.

“Aren’t you cold?” I ask frowning as the shirt rode up showing that she was only wearing shorts. “Why are you wearing shorts in a cold night?”

“Didn’t really think about my wardrobe.” Flo answered sitting back on the bench and patting the space beside her. “Beside I now have you back so you can warm me up instead.”

“Are you sure?” I asked pulling her close.

“Well it is a bit cold but I’ll be- hey!” She said as I hauled her on my lap wrapping my arms around her.

“You said warm you up right?” I said cocking my brow grinning.

“Babo!” She exclaimed flicking my forehead gently then leaned up to kiss it. “I missed you Oppa.”

“I missed you more. I’m sorry.” I said.

“You’re so treating me to dinner in Namsan Tower when we go back to Korea.” She said putting her arms around my neck.

“Florence Jane Khan. Are you asking me on a date?” I teased.

“Heck no. I’m taking you there as my maid.” She said grinning. “You know where I’ll sit and eat while you stare.”

“I won’t mind as long as it’s you I stare at.”  I answered.

“Oh god. Here comes cheesy Kim Jong-in.”  She said grinning kissing me softly. She pulls back before it goes into make-out territory. Her hand goes to my shoulder and it inevitably touched the gunshot wound making me grimace. “Does it still hurt?”

“A bit but the doctor said it’ll go away in a few days. We were all lucky they were just grazes.” I answered and tucked some stay strand of caramel hair behind her ear. “Stop frowning it doesn’t hurt that much. Sehun had worst.”

“My poor Jagiya. I think I remember you doing this for me.” She mused leaning down to kiss my shoulder.  Despite the two layers I was wearing heat surge from the spot.  “Did that do the trick?”

“I think my lips hurt too.” I said grinning.

“Babo.” She said but obliged kissing me with a smile.
