The first thing Soojin heard when she walked inside her house was the noise of things falling to the ground and Shuhua and Yuqi arguing in Chinese, even after so many years with Shuhua she still got confused with the language, especially when the two spoke quickly

Soojin just rolled her eyes as she climbed the stairs slowly, her pregnancy was almost over and she couldn't wait to see her own feet again. As she walked down the hall towards the bedroom she could notice that the discussion became more tense, she just hoped the two didn't kill each other before she reached the bedroom, the door was slightly ajar and Soojin pushed it open all the way, opening a smile despite the intense discussion that took place there. They spent months planning out the nursery, the color schemes, the layout and finally the nursery was the way they dreamed, well, almost

Soojin just rolled her eyes, she knew how stubborn her wife could be, she walked across the nursery and sat down in the nursing chair under the watchful eyes of the two women

Shuhua flinches at the sound of anger in Soojin's voice

And then Yuqi and Shuhua started complaining, the instructions were terrible, the drill Shuhua had been using died before she even managed to need it, which meant the battery in it wasn’t charged as Yuqi had reminded her before arriving at their house
