Shuhua spends the rest of the week on cloud nine, she has a date with Seo Soojin, the most beautiful woman in the world, and her daughter is happy with her new school and new friends, what else could she want? She and Soojin had been texting all week, they had decided to have dinner at an Italian restaurant newly inaugurated and Mayleen would have a sleepover with Kwang on that same day

Shuhua after rummaging through her closet ended up choosing a not-very low-cut black dress to wear to the date with Soojin, when she got to the restaurant Sooojin is already seated and gives her a huge smile as soon as she sits down

-I'm sorry I am late, I had to leave Mayleen at Yuqi's house and she was making fun of me

-Why did she make fun of you? You look beautiful

Shuhua blushed as Soojin called her beautiful

-Thank you, you are also very beautiful, red suits you, but she made fun of me because I'm nervous... I haven't been involved with anyone since Mayleen was born

They both slip easily into a nice conversation, Soojin told about her years as a company dancer,  touring the world dancing with kpop groups, Shuhua told stories of her students and the pranks they would do from time to time. It was late when they finally left the restaurant, Shuhua decided to accompany Soojin to her car, they both didn't want the night to end

-Thank you, Shuhua, for tonight

-I had so much fun with you Soojin, I hope we can do this more often

Soojin gave Shuhua a shy smile

-I usually don't date my students' mothers

-And what made you change your mind?

-I don't know... there's something about you that I can't explain, I've just been attracted to you since the first time I saw you

Shuhua turned extremely red and looked down

-I was also attracted to you since the first time I saw you, I thought it was only a crush that would pass after a while but as I got to know you better I wanted to spend more and more time with you and I finally decided I should ask you out

Soojin smiled at her and took her hand

-I am so happy that you asked me out

-Does that mean we'll have another date?

Soojin just leaned over and kissed Shuhua's cheek

-I will plan our next date, alright?

Shuhua just put her hand to her face while Soojin got in the car

-Alright

-Night Shu, send me a message when you arrive home

-I will

And one date became two and then more and more, Shuhua and Soojin got closer and after a date on an ice skating ring Shuhua asked Soojin to be her girlfriend and she accepted, at first they decided not to tell Mayleen that they were dating and Soojin was very understanding about Shuhua being hesitant to tell her, Mayleen was the most important person in Shuhua's life and she wanted the relationship to be stable before introducing Soojin to her as her girlfriend

They were on the sofa in Soojin's house drinking wine and watching a movie, Soojin had her head in Shuhua's lap who was her hair

-Mayleen told me I was different today

-What did she mean?

-She told me I was happier and more beautiful and asked if something was going on

-And what did you answer to her?
