Soojin used to hate the colour brown, since she was a little girl she always dreamed of having colored hair like the cartoon characters on TV, she dreamed of dyeing her hair and wearing colored contact lenses to stand out in the crowd, she wanted to stop being compared to her cousins and sister with their silky, shiny brown hair. Soojin grew up, went to university, dyed her hair with every color possible and never went back to brown, she hated that color until she came into her life. Yeh Shuhua was the most pleasant surprise of Soojin's life, Shuhua was Yuqi´s cousin and what started as a simple friendship became her greatest love. Unlike Soojin she had never dyed her hair, Shuhua liked a more natural look, wore very little makeup, they were opposites in appearance but they were perfect for each other.

It was a Sunday afternoon and after they had lunch with Soojin's family she took Shuhua to her old room, they looked at some old clothes in the closet and now they were looking through Soojin's photo albums, Shuhua was enchanted with Soojin's baby beauty and decided she wanted a mini Soojin as soon as they got married, Soojin looked at her surprised with that statement, they had talked briefly about marriage but this was the first time Shuhua talked about children, she felt her heart beat faster as she imagined Shuhua carrying their baby

-Your hair, I love it! I don't think I've seen you with brown hair before

Shuhua said while pointing to a photo of teenage Soojin

-No you haven't, I've dyed my hair since I entered University and I've never gone back to brown

-Why?

-I don't know, I don't think it suits me

Shuhua shrugged

-I don't usually give an opinion on people's appearance but you keep complaining when you have to dye your roots, maybe it's time to go back to brown and give your scalp a rest

Shuhua said with a smile and Soojin took a lock of her hair and analyzed it

-I'm supposed to dye it again soon, actually

Shuhua immediately widened her eyes.
