Being the goddess of the underworld was often tiring and monotonous so on any given day Seo Soojin decided to venture into the Elysian fields, she was walking among the trees and flowers, that beautiful contrast with her silent and gloomy world left her enchanted, at first she thought she was alone but a movement next to a tree made her hide, Soojin was stunned to notice that there was a woman, extremely beautiful with white skin, huge and bright eyes and long black hair, she played with the flowers that roamed the field, she was a Goddess after all, that field belonged to them but who would she be? The woman was surrounded by nymphs and picked flowers making small crowns, Soojin continued to watch her from afar, delighted with the woman's smile and the delicate way she dealt with the nymphs, suddenly another person was present in the fields, Demeter, the goddess of agriculture

-Shuhua, let's go

-I'm going mom

Mother? The woman was Demeter's daughter, so that explained how she cared for the flowers and fruits, the goddesses left and Soojin returned to the underworld, the image of Shuhua kept in her mind. Soojin tried to go back to her normal routine in the underworld, after all there were hundreds of souls arriving every day but Shuhua didn´t leave her mind so she decided to go back to the fields and watch her from afar, she knew of her fame as evil and merciless so she preferred not to reveal herself to the woman, afraid that she would not return to the fields. Soojin's routine was this for a few days, watching Shuhua picking flowers while waiting for her mother, and that was what she intended to do that day but she didn´t found Shuhua anywhere, she was already determined to return to the underworld when the smell of peaches invaded her nostrils

-Rather than being hidden you could help me pick the flowers

Soojin turned around and found Shuhua, she was even more beautiful up close, the goddess of the underworld blushed under the woman's watchful eye

 -I don´t want to bother

 -It wouldn't be a bother, I would like to have some company, I love the nymphs but talking to other gods would be good too

Shuhua smiled at her and Soojin couldn't help but notice the contrast of her black robes with the green dress the girl wore

 -What's your name?

 Soojin thought about lying but decided it would be better if she knew the truth

 –Seo Soojin

Shuhua looked at her in amazement

-You are really far from your world

Soojin shrugged

-So we should take advantage of the time we have, tell me more about you while you help me harvest daffodils

Shuhua started walking and Soojin was static looking at her, Shuhua noticed that she was not accompanying her and looked back

-Won't you join me?

-Do you really want my company?

-Yes, why not ?

-Well, I'm the goddess of the underworld

-And? You have hands don't you? So help me pick the daffodils, they look beautiful today

Soojin decided to obey Shuhua and followed her through the fields, hoping that Demeter wouldn't find them, although the smile Shuhua gave her while they talked would be worth any discussion with the other goddess.

They created a routine, Soojin went to the fields whenever she could and they spent the mornings talking about different things, Soojin didn’t understand how someone as different from her could understand her as no one else could, Shuhua asked to visit the underworld but Soojin didn’t wanted her to go there, it didn't feel right someone so full of life in such a dark and cold place. Their first kiss took place a few weeks after they met, Shuhua's lips tastes sweet and her  mouth feels soft and warm while Soojin´s were cold, when they finished kissing Soojin looked at her with affection and fear in her eyes

-Demeter won't like this

- My mom is not here Soojin

-Shuhua

-Please, I just want to be with you

Shuhua's eyes shone and Soojin realized that she couldn't say no to her, much less resist, who would have thought that the goddess of death would be so easily commanded by a delicate girl smelling of peaches

Soojin didn't want her to visit the underworld but that didn't stop Shuhua, she took advantage of her mother's absence for a few days and decided to go there, when she finally entered the underworld she noticed that despite the complete darkness she didn’t feel cold, she walked until she arrives at the docks

 -Who are you?

-Yeh Shuhua, daughter of Demeter

- Why are you here? You aren´t dead

-I wish to visit the Underworld

-Why? This is no place for you

- You can let her in Charon

Shuhua heard Soojin's voice echoing around the place

-Alright

Charon helps her get on the boat and they go sailing in silence, Shuhua tried to see the river better but the darkness was too much. Charon doesn't say anything during the journey and when the docks finally arrive
