Shuhua looked at her wife lying on the stretcher and gave her a big smile and held her hand

-I feel that this time it will work

-This is our third time

-And this time we'll have our baby Jin ah, I feel it

-I really hope it works this time

Shuhua whispered, slightly worried about her wife, she knew how much not getting pregnant was frustrating Soojin and she can only caress her face

- We're gonna have a baby, Jin ah, maybe not this time but we'll have our little Soojin

-BUT I AM YOUR BABY 

Soojin smiled at her wife's indignant face and patted her belly

-I can't wait to meet you

Shuhua sighed when entering the house, everything was quiet but she didn't know if this was good or bad, lately Soojin was extremely irritated and Shuhua had slept more days on the couch than she would have liked, she walked around the house looking for her wife, when she arrived in the tv room she heard someone crying

-JIN AH?

Shuhua ran into the room and found Soojin sitting on the couch crying while watching TV

-Jin ah, what happened my love?

-The dentist...

Soojin pointed to the tv

-What about him ?

-He pulled out the tooth that was sore

-Jin ah, I don't understand

-He saved her life Shu, if he hadn't pulled the tooth she would be in pain forever

Shuhua looked at the TV and then looked at her wife again

-Are you crying because of a commercial for a dental clinic?

-Yeah...

Shuhua just hugged her wife who let out a small moan

-What happened Jin ah?

-My s are sore

Shuhua was quiet for a while, she felt her heart beating faster

-Jin ah...

-Uh?

-Do you think you might… be pregnant?

Shuhua carefully asked and Soojin looked at her in surprise

-You think so?

-You're emotional, tired and now your s hurt...

- It could be my period

Shuhua kissed Soojin´s head who just hugged her tighter

-Maybe you should take a test

-Do we still have any?

-I'll check in the bathroom

Some time later the two were sitting in the bedroom waiting for the pregnancy test to be done, Shuhua held Soojin's hand who nibbled her lips while she waited

-Jin ah.. its time

Soojin stood up and sighed trying to calm down, she looked again at Shuhua and took the test that was in the bedroom closet, she flipped it over and looked on the stick

-Jin ah?

Soojin turned to look at Shuhua

-It worked!

Soojin looked at Shuhua who put the grocery shopping in their cupboard, morning sickness had become a routine in her life and Shuhua was doing everything to alleviate the symptoms, Shuhua had taken over as chef of their house since the smell of certain foods made her wife nauseous, she made recipes that were easy for Soojin to digest, like rice, chicken broth, jelly, and apparently she had bought all the stock at the market for toasts, plains biscuits and ginger ale

-Since when do you like chewing gum?

Shuhua looked at Soojin 

-What you mean?

-You bought chewing gum boxes Shu

-I read on the internet that it helps with nausea

Shuhua answered and continued putting away the groceries until she heard Soojin crying
