Continuing with the week of Christmas chapters

Shuhua soothed her girlfriend and turned her attention to the street, they were almost arriving at their parents' house, Soojin would  be the first serious girlfriend she brought home and she was nervous, she weren’t worried about them being supportive of their relationship  but she is more worried about them scaring her off, she knew how Yeh could be... intense

Soojin looked away and smiled as she saw the house, it was large and traditional, it looked like it came out of a Christmas movie with snow covering the roofs and the gardens.

-It's a shame that the snow covered the whole garden, my nainai spends hours taking care of the flowers

Shuhua parked the car in the garage, they grabbed their bags and walked to the front door.

Soojin let out a shuddered breath and grinned

Shuhua stood on her toes prepared to give her a peck when the door swung open and the two broke apart quickly, at the door was a child version of Shuhua with glasses glaring at them with the coldest stare

-Giving a show to the neighbors?

The girl scoffed and entered the house

Soojin smirked

Soojin looked down the hall and saw a little lady with gray hair, she didn't look like Shuhua but they had the same smile

Shuhua ran towards the lady and hugged her tightly

-I missed you piggy

-Don't call it that in front of Soojin

Shuhua pouted and her grandma just patted her cheek and fixed her gaze on Soojin, crossing her arms

Soojin approached them and bowed respectfully

-Mrs Yeh, my name is Seo Soojin, thank you for having me at your house

Nainai Yeh simply stared at Soojin for some seconds

-Almost everyone’s here! Your parents are waiting for you in the TV room

Nainai Yeh went back to the kitchen and Soojin followed Shuhua through the hallways until they arrived in an extremely cozy room, Shuchun was glaring at Soojin from the couch while two women and a man were standing by the Christmas tree looking at them

Soojin watches as Shuhua is swept up in an extremely tight hug delivered by an older version of Shuhua, the only difference between them was that the lady had gray hair

-MAMA

The two hugged and when they parted the man hugged Shuhua

-Piggy, welcome home

-Bàba

As Shuhua hugged her parents Soojin couldn't help noticing the puzzled look of Shuhua's other sister, or rather her almost twin sister, Soojin had to look twice to see if she wasn't imagining things, she is exactly like Shuhua

-Shuang

-Who is she?

Shuhua's sister looked puzzled at Soojin who gulped with everyone's attention turned to her.

-This is Seo Soojin, my girlfriend

Soojin bowed and Shuang hardly blinks before slinging her arm around Shuhua’s shoulders

-Finallly you got the girl,  I thought it was never gonna happen

- She is slow like your bàba

-Leave your sister alone, we have guests so I want everyone to be decent this year

Shuchun whinned and Shuhua stuck out her tongue at her

-Where are the bags?

-I left it in the hall bàba

- I'm going to take the bags to the bedroom, why don't you help me Soojin?

Shuhua pouted but her father just looked at her and walked
