Yeh Shuhua had always known that she was different from her sisters, while they talked about the actors on TV she preferred to spend the day listening to Hyuna's songs, for her the singer was the most beautiful woman she had ever seen. Interestingly it was this same passion for Hyuna that made her meet the love of her life in Korea, a friend of hers told them to go to Cube Entertainment auditions, she went with her friends just out of curiosity, but then was told that she have passed, leaving her family and friends and moving to Korea was a very difficult decision but Shuhua knew she would regret it if she didn't try. 

 She was in that lobby of the imposing building feeling lost and thinking she should have stayed at home, there were thousands of beautiful and talented girls who seemed to know what they were doing and she barely knew how to say hello, Shuhua then came across the most beautiful girl she had ever seen in her life, she was extremely beautiful with long hair, a spot under her eyes and the most beautiful lips Shuhua had ever seen, she looked like an angel and Shuhua was sure she fell in love as soon as she saw her. 

Dance, singing and Korean classes were more difficult than Shuhua imagined and she was sure that if it weren't for Yuqi's presence in her life she would have been eliminated in the first week, Yuqi was extremely intelligent and helped her understand most of the lessons , however they did not always have the same classes so Shuhua felt extremely alone and lost, especially when she was going to buy something to eat, the pronunciation of the dishes was extremely difficult and she ended up asking for the only thing she could pronounce, lamen. Shuhua ended up eating lamen for weeks and she would hate the dish forever if he wasn't the reason she talked to the angel, the  angel´s name was Seo Soojin and she had approached Shuhua worried about the fact that she just eat lamen, Shuhua didn't understand anything that she said and she had never been more frustrated with her difficulty with the Korean language than at that time, but in the end Soojin found a way to talk through the cell phone translation app and from then on their lives were never the same 

The months passed and Shuhua honestly didn´t understand how she passed the monthly tests, Yuqi and Soojin fought with her and said that she should have more confidence but the insecurity spoke louder in her head. Yuqi and Soojin were the people who supported her most in that company and she would be forever grateful for that, Yuqi was her best friend but Soojin .... Soojin was becoming something more as the time passed, Shuhua knew she had a crush on Soojin since the first time she saw her but she thought the feeling would pass, but with the months going by what Shuhua thought was a silly feeling, maybe just a big admiration was love, she didn't know how and when it happened but she was completely in love with Soojin. Almost 02 years had passed since she came to Korea, besides Soojin and Yuqi her circle of friends now contained Minnie, Miyeon and Soyeon and they finally debuted together in a group, little by little the group was gaining recognition, Shuhua would never forget their first show, the feeling of having people singing their music was incredible. As for her and Soojin, they were still glued together, Shuhua had known Soojin´s family for a long time and despite the strange looks she sometimes received from Mrs. Seo, she felt welcome in the house. 

Soojin started dating Hui and it was like her world collapsed, Yuqi was the only one who knew of her feelings for Soojin and consoled her, at first it was difficult for Shuhua to be close to Soojin and her friend noticed that she was distant, however for the well of the group she would try to overcome what she felt for Soojin and be the best friend she could be. Shuhua tried to forget Soojin but the feeling remained in her heart, they remained attached as before and her heart squeezed every time Soojin left to meet Hui. A few months later Shuhua considered Hui the most stupid boy she had ever met, he had the opportunity to date Soojin and threw it away for his career, she spent a long time consoling Soojin and eventually she saw the Korean woman back to be who she was, with that shy smile she made her heart beat faster 

Soojin was extremely jealous but Shuhua had never imagined that this would be the reason for their first kiss, throughout their career Shuhua had met several idols from other groups and exchanged phone numbers with some of them, she had made several friends and Shuhua realized that Soojin had been bothered with that, at first Shuhua thought it was friendship´s jealousy but in a ceremony that they attended Soojin was extremely angry seeing Hyewon flirting with Shuhua, she spent the rest of the way home ignoring Shuhua and when they arrived at the dorm they had a big fight that resulted in their very first kiss

Being in a relationship with Soojin was more than Shuhua had dreamed of, the Korean, despite being shy, was an extremely affectionate girlfriend, they received support from their friends and couldn't be happier. For the media however, nothing had changed, they were still the best friends glued to their hips 24 hours a day and for Shuhua that was fine, she knew how prejudiced the country was and she didn't want the relationship to affect the group. With the group's schedule full they practically had no time alone, when they got home they took a shower and fell asleep, too tired for anything else but they didn't complain, they were living their dream together. No relationship was perfect and they had arguments, one of which was when Shuhua wanted to tell her parents that they were dating, Soojin was extremely apprehensive and didn´t want to tell them but Shuhua said that she didn't want to hide something so important from her parents and in the end everything went well, Shuhua's parents accepted their relationship. Shuhua was no fool and knew that Mrs. Seo was suspicious of their relationship, Soojin tried to disguise it but she knew mother and daughter very well and could feel the tension between them and the false way that Mrs. Seo treated her, Shuhua never commented on anything because she knew how important her mother was to Soojin but the cold look that Mrs. Seo gave her sometimes made her scared.

With the end of the contract approaching Shuhua talked to Soojin about what they would do if the contract was not renewed, Soojin wanted to continue her career as a dancer and Shuhua considered the possibility of opening a restaurant, over the years she fell in love with the art of cooking, Shuhua also suggested that they buy an apartment together and live alone which Soojin didn’t agree with because she knew her parents were going to deduce the nature of their relationship, Shuhua argued that they would have nothing more to hide as they would no longer be linked to any company but Soojin didn´t feet ready to take a chance, for the first time Shuhua wondered if Soojin would ever be ready

Things only got worse after Soojin returned in the middle of the night from her parents' house, Shuhua was startled to see her girlfriend crying in her room and just hugged her consoling her, she knew that at the right time Soojin would tell what happened. From that night Soojin became someone else, she was quieter, reserved, always on her cell phone, Shuhua tried to get her to talk to her about what happened but Soojin said that she was worried about the renewal of the contract, Shuhua knew that her girlfriend was distancing herself from her and there was nothing she could do, kisses and hugs became scarce and Soojin always went out with a different friend, they argued a lot about it and Soojin just complained that she was too jealous and seeing things that didn't exist, Shuhua knew that she was lying but she was afraid to know the truth. It was a silent night when Shuhua's phone rang, it was Moonbyul unnie asking about a recipe for a Taiwanese dish that she had talked about some time ago, when Shuhua asked from Soojin to her she just said she hadn't seen her in a while, that´s how Shuhua got confirmation that her girlfriend was seeing someone else and she had a suspicion of who he was. When Soojin returned home, Shuhua finally confronted her and Soojin admitted that she was meeting with Hui and that she thought it best for them to break up… Shuhua's world collapsed.
