Seo Soojin had spent the last hundred years keeping to herself, ignoring the war between humans and vampires, she had moved to Taiwan a few decades ago, Taoyuan county was the last place she would live in that country before moving again, as a vampire she couldn't stay too long in one place without raising suspicion. Soojin had just eaten when she felt a very pleasant smell of peaches, she was on top of a roof and when she turned in the direction where the smell was coming from she came across a little girl about five years old, walking down the street with a backpack on her back

-What is this child doing?

Soojin then started to accompany the girl walking through the streets, jumping from roof to roof, the little girl just kept walking and Soojin realized that she must be lost, a strong smell of blood caught Soojin´s attention and she could see another vampire watching the little girl up on the roof across the street.

-

The little girl entered a poorly lit street and Soojin watched as the other vampire quickly descended from the roof and she did the same, Soojin wouldn't let him kill that little girl, Soojin was a vampire but she had principles, she didn't attack women, children and the elderly, she preferred to feed on the dregs of society

-HELP

Soojin found the vampire holding the little girl by the shirt, he looked at her with a creepy smile that spread across his face

-LET HER GO

The vampire smirked as he looked at Soojin

-Don´t worry, we can share her

Soojin gave him a sinister smile

-I don´t think so

Soojin´s eyes glow red and she grabbed him by the scruff of his neck, punching his face with the other hand, the vampire moaned and released the little girl who immediately ran away, Soojin continued fighting the vampire, he was fast but Soojin was stronger and it didn't take long for him to end up lying in the street, dead

-That was so cool

Soojin turned around and saw the little girl looking at her with wide eyes

- Where are your parents? Why are you walking the streets alone?

-I ran away from home

-Why?

-They are very mean...I don't want to kill things

The little girl said in a sad voice but before Soojin could ask what she meant by that she saw some people approaching

-SHUHUA?!

-Mama?!

Soojin could see a woman approaching with a stake and immediately understood what the little girl meant, her family were hunters.

-It’s one of them!

-GET HER

Soojin could see that they were running towards her and she quickly jumped onto a roof, dodging an arrow for a matter of seconds, if she wanted she could stay and fight them but she didn't want any confusion so  she took one last look at the little girl and left.
