In the long years of friendship between Soojin and Minnie she had already caught the werewolf in the most embarrassing situations possible with her mate Miyeon, they are like two rabbits who cannot keep their hands to themselves but to Soojin´s surprise Yeh Shuhua is completely diferente from them, she was extremely respectful and when things got more torrid between them Shuhua would pull away and pull herself together, at first it was weird for Soojin to be in a less relationship but she respected Shuhua's boundaries.

They’d lay around talking for hours, they went on dates, they travelled together, they just had fun together, all without mating, Shuhua would lock herself in a shed at the back of the garage until her ruts were over and Soojin tried not to get upset with Shuhua's refusal to spend her ruts together but sometimes she feared that Shuhua might meet an omega and dump her. Soojin only talked to Shuhua about her insecurites after much insistence from Miyeon, Shuhua was upset with herself for not realizing earlier how much it bothered her, she apologized and explained that she had been raised by conservative parents who believed that you should only sleep with your mate after exchanging bites and biting was something very serious between werewolves so she didn't want to bite Soojin until they were both ready for that step; Shuhua was working hard on the garage while studying to enter the Police Academy, she wanted to become a police officer like Soojin's father and prove that she could take care of Soojin once they were bonded, Soojin thought Shuhua tried too hard to please her parents but she understood that the werewolf's pride was important, especially in Shuhua´s case, who had been kicked out of her own pack.

Between work and classes they didn't have much time to go out on dates so when Soyeon organized a party to celebrate her girlfriend's birthday they both got excited to go to the club, Soojin opted for a simples red dress with a deep plunge down the front and she smiled victoriously when she realized how Shuhua's pupils dilated when she saw her and the not so small volume she was trying to hide, Shuhua was wearing a black dress with a slit down the left side which accentuated her milk legs and Soojin had to stop herself from jump her right there. Soojin couldn't help but smile upon seeing Shuhua's astonishment upon entering the club, the Neverland was quite possibly the most expensive club in Seoul, styled like a 1960s club, with deep red tones, dark wood, it was by far the most stylish club kept by the Jeon´s, Soojin could feel the music in her bones, giving a sensuous atmosphere to the party. The party is crowded and Soojin guided Shuhua to the VIP section where their friends were waiting for them, they congratulated Yuqi on her birthday, greeted their friends and started dancing together, to Soojin's surprise Shuhua was an excellent dancer and managed to keep up with her

They danced and laughed and were having a good time, Soojin needed to go to the restrooms and Bora decided to go with her, they were almost to the restrooms when a man stumbled into them, the man stared at Soojin for a few seconds and immediately she realized he was a werewolf

-Hello y, wanna dance?

-No thank you

Soojin tried to walk towards the restrooms but he put himself in front of her

-C'mon, just a dance and I'll show you how to have a good time

-I said no

-Come on, don’t be shy

The man made a grab for Soojin's arm but someone grabbed his arm

-She said no
