Posting a little late

Taeyeon should never have left Zero with Heechul, he ended up getting distracted with Gibok on a walk and Zero escaped, when Heechul finally found Zero he was with a stray dog in heat and well... the rest you can imagine what happened. Heechul rescued her, fostered her and during that time they found out she was pregnant, Taeyeon helped Heechul with the expenses and when the puppies were born they looked for homes for them, three puppies were adopted and only one was left, Taeyeon thought about giving the puppy to her sister Irene but she and her wife had two cats, she offered the puppy to her friends but none of her friends' apartments allowed pets... she only had one option

-TaeTae, did Zero shrunk?

Shuhua looked confused at her sister and the puppy she was carrying in her arms.

-Pabo, this is not Zero

Taeyeon said as she entered Shuhua's apartment

-Who is he?

-This is your newest roommate

-ABSOLUTELY NOT

-Why? you love zero

-Yes, but only to dogsit! You know how much I suffered when Mocha passed away

-Piggy, Mocha will always be in our hearts but you got to move on and this little one is the first step, he is part poodle and part something else, his mom and siblings were all adopted and he is all alone

-And why don't you keep him...halmeoni

-Don´t call me that

-How about Heechul oppa?

-Heebum hates him... c'mon Piggy, look at him!

Shuhua looked at the puppy and sighed, he was tiny and fluffy with fuzzy black wool, she had to admit, he was pretty cute

-So...

-Fine, but you better pay for everything

-Don't be so cheapskate

Shuhua raised an eyebrow and Taeyeon sighed

-Fine, let's go.

And that's how Haku and Shuhua's adventures began, Haku is a grumpy puppy who prefers to be alone,  potty training was the hardest part but after a few classes he stopped chewing on Shuhua's shoes and the furniture , his favorite part of the day is when the two of them go for a walk

-Your puppy looks like a cloud

Shuhua looked up from her phone and saw a child looking down at them

-What do you mean?

-It looks like a rain cloud

A little girl said while pointing at Haku that was resting on Shuhua's feet.

-He is a little grumpy cloud indeed

-What is his name? And can I pet him?

-His name is Haku and sure you can pet him

Despite being grumpy Haku liked children as long as they didn't squeeze him too much

-My name is Yeh Shuhua. What's your name?

The little girl bowed to Shuhua

-My name is Jones Hayun and I am four years old

-And are you here alone? Where is your eomma and appa?

-My appa is working and my eomma is sitting right there

Hayun pointed to a woman with long red hair who was watching them with a smile.

-She said I had to ask permission before I touched your puppy

-And she is right, not all animals like children and it can be dangerous

Hayun nodded in agreement.

-My daddy always say that

Shuhua is not surprised that she calls her appa daddy, Hayun was clearly mixed-race and Shuhua knew from experience that children often mix languages, Shuhua´s mother is Korean and her father Taiwanese so when she was little she used to mix the two languages too. Hayun's mother approached them with a shy smile and Shuhua couldn't help but notice how pretty she was.

-I hope Hayun is not bothering you, she really loves dogs, my name is Seo Soojin

-She is not bothering me, my name is Yeh Shuhua

Soojin didn't look very confident so Shuhua motioned for her to sit on the bench next to her, Soojin was prettier up close and she couldn't stop staring at her

-Look eomma, his name is Haku

-Be careful with him Yunnie

Soojin turned her attention to Shuhua and realized she was staring at her so she smirked and winked at her

-How old is he?

A blushing Shuhua turned her attention to Hayun who started asking her several questions, Shuhua answered all the girl's questions and when Soojin announced that they needed to leave because her appa was waiting, Hayun only agreed to go when Shuhua promised her that Haku would return to the park on the next day at the same time and they could play together

And that's how Shuhua and Haku started to have company on their playdates, Haku and Hayun would play together while the women talked, Shuhua and Soojin talked about almost everything, their jobs, Hayun, Haku, movies and music, the only thing they didn't talk about was their personal life. Shuhua would be lying if she said she wasn't attracted to Soojin but she was married and had a daughter, those were red flags enough, she even thought about switching parks but she didn't want to let Hayun down so she decided to keep taking Haku to the park

-Eomma eomma it's Haku

 Shuhua smiled as she saw Soojin and Hayun heading towards them.

-Hi Miss Yeh, hi Haku

Hayun said as she sat next to Haku, his fur

-Hi Hayun, hi Soojin ssi

-Shuhua ssi, Haku
