The rest of Soojin's shift went well, she took care of a few minor incidents and came home with a smile on her face, she loved children and had fun with the students' visit, especially that little boy and his mother... boy she was beautiful

Soojin sighed as soon as she answered her phone

-What happened Minnie unnie?

-Miyeon asked me to accompany her to a wedding

-I do like her but I'm taking care of Peppa this week

Soojin let out a big laugh upon hearing that name, she would never get used to it, Mic's daughter was obsessed with Peppa Pig when she was little and had named their Labrador after her

-Why are you with your brother's dog?

-They had to go to Bangkok, please Jin, can you stay with her this weekend?

Soojin sighed

-Okay, but only because I'm off tomorrow

-You're the best, I'll pack her things right now

Soojin spent her saturday with Peppa the lab, Peppa was an obedient dog who didn't make much noise, they went for a walk in the park next to Soojin's house, they had lunch at a dog friendly restaurant and now she was sleeping while Soojin was busy watching a new drama that had premiered that week

-Peppa?

Soojin was so distracted by the TV that she didn't notice that Peppa wasn´t in the living room until she heard a strange noise coming from the kitchen.

-Peppa?!

Soojin went to the kitchen and got a big surprise.

-WHAT DID YOU DO?!

Apparently Soojin had left the kitchen cupboard open and Peppa had found her box of chocolates.

-NO, NO, NO YOU CAN'T EAT THAT

Soojin approached Peppa and pushed the box away from her.

-You ate almost half of the box Peppa! Isn’t chocolate poisonous to dogs?

Soojin got up and started walking around the kitchen nervously, she had read somewhere that chocolate was poisonous for dogs so she had to take Peppa to the vet, Soojin went back to the living room and took out her cell phone to look for the nearest vet clinic, after scrolling through a few options she found a clinic relatively close that was open 24 hours a day

-Peppa, let's go

Soojin was sure she had driven over the legal limit but she couldn't let anything happen to Peppa, as soon as she arrived at the clinic she ran to the reception with Peppa in her arms

-I need help, please.

-What happened to your dog?

-She ate a box of chocolates, please she can't die

The receptionist noticed Soojin's desperation and immediately grabbed her phone.

-Doctor Yeh, we have an emergency at the front desk.

The receptionist hung up the phone and looked at Soojin

-Doctor Yeh will attend to you, don't worry she will take good care of your dog

The receptionist was collecting some data from Peppa when a door opened and Soojin was very surprised to recognize the woman approaching

-Oh hello

Soojin could tell that the vet was just as surprised as she was but she collected herself and walked over.

-What happened to her?

-I'm babysitting Peppa this week for a friend and she ate some chocolates without me noticing, they're poisonous aren't they?

Soojin asked with an expression of fear and anxiety on her face but Shuhua smiled at Peppa who was panting but looking rather fine

-Peppa huh? Why don't you two accompany me to the exam room?
Soojin and Peppa accompanied Shuhua to a room

-Dark Chocolate and half a box... I can't believe I didn't see her eating it! I got distracted for just a second
