Special Chapter : Yoona's Birthday

 

 

Yoona was all smiles as today is her special day. She cheerfully greeted every single person she met at the party. That night, is her birthday.

“Unnie~ Thank you for making this day special by doing this! A surprise party just for me.”

Taeyeon smiles as Yoona hugged her softly and kisses her on the cheek.

“You’re welcome, Yoong. Now, go and enjoy this.”

The guys came into the picture as Kyu nudges Yoona while smirking.

“No kiss for me?”

“Why would I give you one?”

“Because I gave you… This?” Kyu unveil his present for her.

“Rilakkuma?”

“Yes! It’s for you.”

Kyuhyun handed a big Rilakkuma bear wrapped nicely with a transparent Rilakkuma wrapper.

“Thank you, Oppa~” Yoona smile as she hugged Kyuhyun and kisses the Rilakkuma bear.

“Aww~ No kiss for me for giving you that?”

“Nope~ Because the one that make me happy is this bear~”

 

“Well~ Don’t you have any present for me, Jonghyunnie? Remember! I sang for you on your birthday!” Yoona laughs as she sees the flustered Lee Jonghyun starts to panic.

“Yah~ Stop being so weak in front of her.” The other Jonghyun from Shinee nudges the him and glares at Yoona.

Yoona eyed her chingu, Shinee’s Jonghyun while giving a sweet smile to CNBLUE’s guitarist, Lee Jonghyun.

“I’ve put my present over there among the bundle of presents.”

As Jonghyun was about to continue panicking, Minho came into the picture and whispers to Jonghyun.

‘Hyung, if you wanna do it. Just do it tonight’

Yoona tilted her head to the right, feeling all curious because she cannot hear what they were whispering about.

“Ah, that! Yes! Yes!”

Jonghyun smile appears, showing his famous dimples. He headed to the middle of the stage and Minho handed him his guitar as he smile at Yoona.

“Princess Yoona, listen to this.”

Jonghyun take a deep breath before his fingers starts to strum his guitar.

Jonghyun smiles as he finishes the song. Yoona tries to control her tears by smiling. Jonghyun then signals the Kyu-Line member for a special performance. Kyuhyun, Minho, Ryeowook and Changmin start to get on the small stage accompanying Jonghyun as they go to their respective places.

“Yoona, this is our surprise song~ For our beloved choding~”

Yoona tears starts to flow uncontrollably. As the Kyu-Line members decides to take a rest before doing an en-core as the other idols and guests ask for, they went to drink some water. Yoona standing alone is approach by Taecyeon, Tiffany and Jessica.

“Yoona, this is our present for you. Hopefully, you will like it~” The trio pointed to the small stage earlier as a guy holding his guitar starts to smile before singing a song for Yoona.

 

“Ah, this song.” Yoona smile as she recognizes the owner of the voice, Shim Changmin who sings ‘Confession’.

 

Changmin smiles cheekily as the song ended and Kyuhyun came and replaced Changmin while smirking.

 

“This is my surprise present because you won’t kiss me, Grandma Deer~”

Kyuhyun’s beautiful voice starts to sing his song, ‘Listen…  to you”.

Kyuhyun smirk as he finishes the song and Yoona laughs as he pointed to his right cheek signaling for her to kiss. Yoona just pout cutely saying she won’t do it. Kyuhyun pretended to be sad before his smile appear again and dragged someone on the stage.

“Yah! Why did you drag me to be here?”

“What? You said you wanted to sing too!”

Jonghyun, Changmin and Minho just laughs looking at their fellow friend being dragged. Jonghyun smile as he gets on the stage again with his guitar along side Kyuhyun who is on the piano, ready to play it. Ryeowook just blush in embarrassment as he is not ready to do this.

 

“Ah~ This is too sudden. But, please listen to this, Yoona ah~”

As Ryeowook singing his song, ‘If You Love More’, Yoona tears have already fallen hard. She cannot control her tears of happiness as the five guys smile at her throughout the song.

 

“Did you like it, Yoona ah? This is our birthday present, from the Kyu-Line members for you!” Kyuhyun shouted as five of them walk towards Yoona with a broad smile on their face.

“Don’t cry, Yoong. It’s your birthday.” Jonghyun wipe her tears and Yoona smile again.

“Thank you very much for these lovely surprise. I don’t know what to say anymore.”

“It’s the true feelings from our heart. So, we hope you will love it.”

Yoona hugged the five of them into a group hug as they pat her heads trying to calm her down.

“Wait! We have one more song! From all of us!” Minho broke the group hug and dragged the four men back to the small stage.

“This is a special surprise gift from five of us to our lovely girl, SNSD’s Im Yoona.”

Then, the song ended and replaced by a happy birthday song in an acoustic version sang by the five of them. The people around the starts to cheer as Yoona walk towards the five of them and kisses their cheek.

 

“I got kissed~ By our LOVE GIRL~” Minho shouted gleefully as the other four feels love-struck after the simple thank you kiss.

 

“Well, which one of these ‘confession’ song that you like the most, Yoong?” Yuri come to Yoona and purposely ask the question loudly, making the six people blushes hard.

“If you had to choose only one song, which one of it you love the most, huh?” Victoria also joins in, smirking making Kyu-Line members flinched.

“Umm…”

“Their song, most of it contain the words ‘I love you’. Is this some kind of confession to you? Like a secret one, unnie?” Juniel joins in the group along with the other people trying to tease the six people.

“… I don’t know…”

“Pick one! Yoona ah~”

“Yeah! Unnie, why don’t we do it like this?”

All the people turn their attention towards Seohyun who is smiling evilly.

“Yoona unnie~ Kisses the person who sings the song you love the most~”

Yonghwa chimed in, “Or you can just kisses that person on the cheek if you love him.”

Yoona and the five guys blushes hard hearing the Yongseo couple statement. The crowds starts to chant, ‘KISS KISS KISS!’.

The five men waited diligently with their eyes closed as per instructed by Jun-K and Junho. Yoona stared at the five guys before leaning in to only person for a kiss.

“Mwuh! They kissed!”

“Yeay~”

“This is unexpected~”

The other four guys stares at the lucky guy and sweet girl who are now blushing in embarrassment.

“Uh… Thank you for the kiss, I guess?”

“Uhh… Yeaa…”

“Anyway, happy birthday and I… love you…”

Yoona smiles as she pulls the guy for another sweet kiss.

“Ah~ He’s so lucky~” The other four Kyu-Line members nodded their heads in jealousy in a friendly way.
