“You can borrow mine.”
100 Ways to Say 'I Love You'Chapter 20
The rain was heavy as it fell from the sky. Seunghyun stood directly out side of his company building, a cigarette hanging from his lips, watching as the drops hit the concrete in front of him. He loved the rain, it was his favorite thing to watch. The rhythm of the water hitting the ground grew as his passion for music did. Rain made such sweet music.
“Seunghyun, what are you doing out here? You’re going to get sick.”
They both knew that was a lie. He was covered with a thick hoodie and a jacket, he wasn’t even getting wet. Seunghyun looked to his side to see Jiyong doing the same thing he was, watching the rain. “Are you leaving now?”
Jiyong had to go to Japan for a few days, something about a fashion event that he was invited too. Even though he was tired, Jiyong would go anyway. He hated when he disappointed people. He nodded his head and turned to look at the taller man. “I’m trying to wait for the rain to lighten up. I forgot my umbrella in the car.”
Seunghyun chuckled at the others clumsy nature and took another drag of his cigarette. “Take mine, I’m not leaving anytime soon.”
“I won’t be able to return it anytime soon and you’re going to get wet.”
Seunghyun dropped his cigarette to the ground and put it out with his foot before leaning back against the side of the building. “I have a hood. Besides, we wouldn’t want your pretty hair to be messy now would we?”
Jiyong scoffed at the teasing and glanced at his company. “You’re right, wouldn’t want to mess up my precious hair. Besides, my hair is obviously more important than your health.”
Seunghyun just laughed at the reply. “I’m serious, take it. I plan on staying all night anyway and it’s not supposed to rain tomorrow.”
Jiyong sighed and shook his head but he would take the umbrella from his lover. They would keep going back and forth if he didn’t relent. “Fine, but make sure you get some type of sleep tonight.”
The taller man nodded his head in agreement and pulled out another cigarette from his pocket, handing one to Jiyong who supplied the lighter.
They continued to watch the rain together.
So, a no on the last chapter? Yeah, I didn't like it that much either. I am, however, happy that a few liked it. Hopefully I've redeemed myself with this chapter, even if I don't really like the smoking fact, of the length. I hope you guys enjoy this chapter as much as I enjoyed writing it!
Thanks~~
