'Wai-waaait! Sehun! Su Ho will kill you when he realises we're gone!'

Sehun was still holding your hand as the two of you carried on running through the busy street full of people dressed in traditional Japanese kimonos. People turned to stare at the maniac couple running through the street yelling at each other in a language that definitely wasn't Japanese. 

'Hey! Stop!'

'No! Come on! Let's go have some fun!'

'Please Sehun, I can't run anymore! I have a really bad cramp in my stomach'

Sehun didn't respond. He just carried on dragging you through the crowd at a pace you couldn't keep up with. 

'Sehun! Please! I... can't breathe!'

This time Sehun turned around and looked at you, releasing your hand. You dropped to the floor on your knees gasping for breath. This time more people turned around. 

'Haneul! Oh my God, are you okay?'

'You... ran... too... fast'

'I-I didn't know you'd collapse! Are-are you okay?'

'Just-just give... me... a second'

'I'm sorry, Haneul. I didn't know...'

You shook your head and put your hand on his shoulder to show him it was okay. You quickly got up again, scared of making an even bigger scene. 

'Are-are you okay? I'm so sorry!'

'Don't worry about it, Sehun! I'm fine! Promise!'

He didn't look convinced and still looked at you, concern in his eyes.

'We can go back... I don't want you to suddenly collapse. I won't know what to do'

'Oh come off it! Lets live life without regrets! Come on! You wanted to wander around and have an adventure, didn't you?'

'Well yeah'

'So lets go!'

'Oooh, lets try this! It looks super yummy!'

'Do you even know what that is, Haneul?'

'...a fish pancake?'

'It's called Taiyaki'

'Oh okay then, Mr-I-know-it-all'

Sehun chuckled.

'You want it?'

'I... don't have money'

'Well I came prepared for our adventure and took some money from Su Ho-hyung'

'You didn't, did you?!'

'Sure did'

'He'll murder you'

'Nah, it's Kai who will be doing the murdering... but hopefully he won't mind because I'm with you'

'How do I correlate to your death by Kai and Su Ho?'

'Well... If Su Ho doesn't murder me for taking the money, Kai will probably murder me just for being with you...'

'What do you mean?'

'Huh?... Oh no, it's nothing. The fish thing, right?'

'Mhmm'

Sehun turned to the girl behind the counter who was clearly checking him out. She was pretty and looked like she was definitely younger than you but none the less, she still looked gorgeous. 

'One chocolate Taiyaki, o e kudasai (please)'

The girl nodded.

'hmmm, one chocolate Dorayaki too, o e kudasai'

This time she nodded again, only with a huge smile plastered on her face. 

You grinned at the girl as she gave you your taiyaki. She looked away, embarassed, thinking Sehun was your boyfriend or something like that. You smirked and whispered to Sehun, before he was about to pay the girl for the food. 

'She likes you'

'Really? How do you know?'

'I'm a girl, I can sense these things'

'Oh, right'

'Do something nice for her'

'Why?'

'It'll make her day'

Make her day, huh?

As Sehun paid the girl, she returned with his change and tried to hand it over. He took it and as she turned around, he tapped her on the shoulder again. Her eyes widened and she blushed and you couldn't help but smile for her. Sehun pressed the change back in her hand and closed her fingers over it. 

'Anata no tame ni (for you)'

She smiled at Sehun and he turned away. 

'Come on, Haneul. I want to see what that store over there is!'

'Araso!'

As you turned to follow him, the girl came out from behind her stall. She was holding a bag filled with Japanese sweets and drinks. She passed them to you and gave you a hug. Sehun turned back around to see what was taking you so long as she began to sign with her hands. You couldn't help but look bewildered and she noticed.

Ah, she's a mute.

She looked down but to reassure her, you grabbed her hands and smiled and nodded. She handed over a piece of paper, pressing it into your hand just like Sehun had done to her and she went back to her stall. You opened it up.

'ありがとう' (thank you)

'Hey! Haneul! Hurry up! This looks so cool!'

'Coming, coming!'

You quickly ran over to catch up with Sehun who had started walking away again. Once you caught up with him, he took a look at the bag you were carrying, eyebrows raised. 

'And what is that?'

'A present from that girl who gave us our cakes'

'Oh really? Why did she give them to you?'

'Because I told you to do something nice for her'

'I see... That's what girls do?'

'Well obviously not the girls from our school but I guess japanese girls do that?'

'Hmmm... I like it... So what did she give us?'

You opened up the bag and Sehun feasted his eyes on the vast amount of goodies inside. 

'Holy moly! There's so much! Can we eat it?'

'Well I was thinking of using it as a way of getting out of trouble when we regroup with the others'

'You know, that's a pretty clever idea'

You winked at the maknae of EXO. To be fair, you were actually the youngest out of the 13 of you but as Sehun was the youngest out of the boys, he and Tao were seen as the maknaes. Kai seemed too serious to be considered a maknae so they had skipped him out of the 'maknae line'. The 'Eomma line' consisted of D.O, Xiu Min and Lay as they generally cooked and cleaned whilst the 'guardian line' was Kris and Su Ho as they looked out for everyone in the dorm. 

'So what was so interesting?'

'Ah... This!'

He pointed to a stall run by an elderly lady. She was selling all different types of hair pins. 

'Erm... You want to buy a hair pin? I don't think your hair is long enough to be honest, Sehun'

'What? No, pabo! For you! Let's buy YOU one!'

'B-but I don't need one...'

'Too bad, choose one!'

'Why?'

'I want to buy you it'

He wants to buy me one?

'What for?'

'...I-I just... I just do!... Okay? So choose one!'

'They're all lovely'

'Haneul! Pick! Are you telling me all girls are like this too?'

You giggled.

'Sehun, you can pick for me. Make it a surprise, I'll turn around so I don't see'

'Ooh, yeah lets do that'

He turned to the lady after checking you were looking away and picked out a pink hair pin. It reminded him of the cherry blossom he had seen Luhan putting in your hair so he knew you'd like it. He thanked the lady and held it behind his back. 

'Okay Haneul, shut you eyes whilst I put it on you. You can see it when we get back to the hotel, araso?'

'Eurgh, okay... Is it nice?'

'I'm sure you'll like it'

He took out the flower Luhan had so carefully pinned to you hair and put it in his pocket, replacing it with his own gift to you. He smiled, feeling accomplished. 

Beat that, hyung!

'Can I open my eyes now?...'

'Yep, go for it'

Your hands moved to your hair subconciously and Sehun grabbed them quickly, pulling them away. 

'No! Later!... You can see back at the hotel!'

You sighed.

'...Fine'

'Speaking of getting back to the hotel... I think we should run'

'Eh?'

'Run. Now!'

 

Sehun grabbed the bag of food and your wrist and yanked you again.

Oh brother, please not this again. What is it now?

You could hear shouts arising from the opposite direction.

'YAH, SEHUN! YOU'RE IN BIG TROUBLE! SU HO-HYUNG IS GOING CRAZY!'

'SEHUN?! IS THAT YOU?!... YAH, DON"T TRY AND RUN!'

'IS HANEUL-SSI WITH YOU?!'

'SHE IS! LOOK! MAKNAE'S GONE CRAZY AND KIDNAPPED HER TOO!'

 

You felt someone make a grab for your waist and before you could realise, you were hoisted sky high in the air. Su Ho had taken the collar of Sehun's kimono and dragged him over to a bench whilst Tao had made a dash for the bag of food and was inspecting the contents carefull. You looked down to see who had picked you up with such ease. 

'Woahhhh... Ch-Ch-Chanyeol?!.. Oh my God, put me down! People are staring'

Chanyeol looked up at you and smirked.

'You can run away from me but I'll always find you, Haneul... And no, I'm not putting you down. Let's stay like this for a while'
