You held a tiny stuffed toy panda in your hands, as you waited at SME All Boy’s High School for your long time crush Tao. When you found out that he liked pandas, you immediately bought this super cute panda stuffed toy, and prepared to confessed to him.

When you saw him walking out of campus along with his friends, you quickly ran up to him with the panda bear hiding behind your back. 

“Hi Tao,” you greeted him. His laughing stopped, as he noticed you. His friends teasingly whistled at him, and he punched his friends. “Hey you, what’s up?” Tao greeted back, recognizing you. 

“I…I…I…” you stuttered, not being able to let anything out. “You?” Tao asked, looking at you confusedly. You took in a deep breath, and squeezed the panda bear tightly.

“Huang Zitao!” A cute girl with long wavy curls, called to Tao. You in your cheeks, noticing how he already has a girlfriend. “Sorry, what was it that you were saying again?” Tao asked, after waving at the cute girl with a huge smile.

“Nothing, I’m just studying about pandas, and was wondering if you knew anything about them,” you lied, and Tao chuckled. “I’ll tell you another time then,” Tao answered, as he walked over to the girl, and ruffles her hair.

You let out a tiny pout, as you turned around and walked away with the stuffed toy panda. Of course you wouldn’t have a chance with Tao. As handsome as he was, he already has a girlfriend.

Couple days past, and you had forgotten about how you lied to Tao that you were studying about pandas. You walked out of campus, and saw Tao standing by your school gate.

“Tao,” you called to him in shock, and he turned around smiling at you. “Would you like to go to the zoo with me?” He asked. You nodded your head with excitement, and walked with him to the zoo.

You were amazed by the animals, as Tao was amazed at you. Then you both stopped on the pandas, and Tao read about the pandas aloud to you. Instead of listening, you were too busy noticing how cute the pandas were. Tao noticed it, and giggled at your silliness.

After leaving the zoo, Tao walked you home. The way home was silent, and you tightly held onto your bag. You felt a slight of guilt inside, knowing that Tao has a girlfriend, yet you let him take you to the zoo. Also, you lied about studying pandas.

“Tao, I have something to tell you,” you blurt out, letting the silence die. “Hm?” Tao turned to face you. “I lied to you,” you admitted, and Tao raised an eyebrow at you.

You took in a deep breath, then let it out.

“The other day, I told you that I wanted to learn about pandas from you. I lied about that, because you see…” you started out as you lowered you head, “I actually like you, but you have a girlfriend.”

After hearing your confession, Tao giggled. “Yeah, it is funny, please laugh ahead,” you said sounding a bit upset. Then you felt Tao’s long arms pull you into his hold.

“Pabo, that girl is my younger sister. She came to get me, because we were heading to the store. Also, I like you too,” Tao replied, and confessed his liking to you.

You pushed him away, and blushed madly. ‘I’m so stupid!’ You said inside your head.

“Sorry,” you quickly apologized, and Tao laughed at you. “Here, noticing that you were really into pandas, I got you a stuff panda,” Tao said, handing you a panda bear. While looking at it, you took the one you bought for Tao out of your bag.

They were identical, and you both laughed. “I bought this one for you, long ago,” you said, and both of you exchanged pandas and held hands walking home together.
