Jungkook sat frozen, he didn’t know what to say but deep down he had always known. He had felt a connection to this woman and he knew it was because she reminded him of Rye Hyeri. “We were in our twenties and you had so much going for you. You were an idol. I was just a poor music student on a scholarship and trying to run away from her abusive mother.” Jungkook just stared at her, trying to understand where the girl he knew was, “Say something…” Hyeri begged. “I would never have said anything. I would have lived this lie with you but Taehyung ssi said I didn’t have to anymore.”
