Kris walked into his bedroom and sent away his butler. “I don’t want anything!” he yelled as Zitao tried to help him undress. “I hate you all. Leave me alone!” Kris fell on his bed and cried openly.

Tao closed the door and sighed. It wasn’t what they wanted but it had happened. Kris cried into his pillows. How could she be gone? He had so much to tell her.

“I’m alive.” A voice said from the shadows of the room, “Are you crying for me or her?”

Kris sat up and switched on his bedroom light, The Madame was crouched in a corner. “I am injured. That crazy woman almost killed me.”

“I will kill you.” Kris was off the bed and grabbed the Madame, “I will kill you.”

“You can, but then I will kill your mother.”

“You killed Emi…” Kris fell to his knees in defeat.

“You had fallen out of love with her anyway.” The Madame his hair, “Now save me, or your mother will die. Besides we have more work to do."
