--2 Months Later—

Suyun and the rest of Love-E walked out of the airport and were greeted by some fans and some news reporters. The girls had been traveling between China, Japan and Korea and held a few concert and fan meetings while they were overseas and it was taking up a lot of their time. They even recorded their next single while in China and they now just had to film the teasers and music video for their planned comeback next month. Suyun and Hanbi had come back to Korea for a few days so Hanbi could attend her high school graduation with Suyun in attendance. While the two of them were traveling back and forth between Korean and China, Hanbi was feeling rather lonely and finally disclosed to Suyun that she and Hongbin were dating but she didn’t want to tell the other girls yet because she was enjoying the secrecy of their relationship.

“You can’t even tell Juhee unnie.” Hanbi had threatened her and Suyun promised that she wouldn’t tell anyone. The girls also looked a bit different than when they left.  Juhee and Ara had straight black hair like Suyun while Gayun’s was light brown and Hanbi’s was platinum blonde. With the girl’s new hair styles, fans were all speculating that they were going to have a comeback soon. As soon as the girls got into their vans they let out a huge sigh.

“The air even smells different in Korea!” Gayun moaned as she slightly opened the window, pressing her nose to the small opening to breathe in the air.

“You’re such a weirdo! Close the window, it’s hot in here.” Juhee reached over and smacked Gayun’s arm, making the rapper whine and close the window and then their manager put on the air conditioning.

“Oppa, do we have any schedule tonight?” Suyun asked as she looked at her cellphone with one headphone in; pretending to listen to music.

“We are going to the company right now to work out the details of your comeback, but after that there is only dance practice.” Their manager said as he drove down the high way.

“Yeah, but I mean after that.” Suyun asked and she could hear a chuckle from the back of the van.

“You want to meet up with Taekwoon, don’t you?” Their manager asked and Suyun gasped, acting offended that he would make an assumption like that.

“That’s not what I meant at all. I just wanted to know if maybe me and the girls could go out afterwards and maybe get some coffee or something to eat.” Suyun said putting on a fake pout. It was true she was trying to see Leo since she hadn’t seen hi face to face in the two months she’s been gone. They would talk once in a while and text almost every day, but it didn’t compare to seeing him in person.

“Oh yeah, then who would you go with?” He asked and Suyun turned around and looked back at Hanbi who was staring out the window. When Suyun saw that she didn’t even notice her, she glared at Ara and silently gave her the signal to hit Hanbi. Ara elbowed Hanbi who yelped and looked over at her before she noticed Suyun was staring at her.

“Hanbi, you’ll come out with me tonight right? We’ll go out, get something to eat, talk and stuff.” Suyun said through gritted teeth and the younger girl just raised her eye brow in confusion.

“Sure, I’ll go with you unnie.” Hanbi agreed to it even though she had no idea what was going on.

“Fine, I trust you if you go with Hanbi.” Their manager mumbled before continuing the drive in silence. There was then some heated messages sent between the two girls until Suyun explained everything and Hanbi quickly agreed if she was able to see Hongbin as well.

To: Taekwoonie oppa
Back in Seoul~ If you’re able to can we meet up around two in the morning?

To: My SuSu
Of course. I miss you.

To: Takewoonie oppa
I miss you too TT_TT Oh and can you bring Hongbin along? Hanbi wants to meet up with him as well

To: My SuSu
I’m sure he would agree to it. See you tonight.

Suyun and Hanbi could barely contain themselves for the rest of the day. They were beyond excited to see their boyfriends and barely sit still. They decided to throw themselves completely into their work and practice, but couldn’t help staring down the clock as the day went on. It was one in the morning when the girls decided to call it quits.

“We will continue this in the morning. Eight am sharp, got it?” Juhee said as they all filed out of the dance studio and up the stairs leading them to the parking lot. All of the girls happily agreed and were just glad to get home. Suyun somehow, magically, convinced their manager to let her drive it. While back in Korea for Hanbi’s graduation, Suyun had taken her driver’s test and passed with flying colours. She was now actually looking at cars and trying to decide which one was the best.

“I get the shower first. I am playing the ‘Eldest’ card. No one can object to me.” Suyun ran into her bedroom and grabbed a change of clothes and jumped into the shower. She quickly got washed and got out for Hanbi to shower up. Suyun was wearing a black and grey stripped hoodie with black jeans. It was plain and simple, just like Suyun. Hanbi on the other hand was wearing an oversized white shirt with a sugar skull design on the front of it paired with cute lace trimmed jean shorts.

“Why are you wearing nice clothes like that when it’s just the two of you going out?” Gayun asked as the two girls put on their shoes at the front door.

“This is a shirt I bought in Japan….I wanted to try it on…why…does it look bad?” Hanbi looked at herself in the mirror and tugged at the shirt, slightly frowning at the reflection.

“No, you look fantastic. I was just wondering why you were wearing it when nobody would really see it.” Gayun shrugged her shoulders.

“That’s nice. Now I’m nobody.” Suyun scoffed and Gayun tried to correct herself but the two girls just left while she was in the middle of stumbling through her words. “She’s right, you’re too dressed up. If out manager saw you then he would know something was going on.” Suyun said to Hanbi when the two of them were standing in the elevator. Hanbi apologised and just said that she was excited to see Hongbin and wanted to look nice for him. Suyun understood why she did it; she was just a little annoyed that she had done it. They ran once they were in the garage because they were running a little late on the agreed meeting time with the boys. Suyun drove while Hanbi talked on the phone with Hongbin who was already waiting with Leo at a park near the boys’ apartment building. It took them thirty minutes to get there and the boys had been waiting for them this whole time.

“Where are you?” Hanbi asked over the phone when the two girls stepped out of the car and headed into the main part of the park. Hanbi’s eyes scanned the darkness until she landed on two figures sitting on a bench under a light. “I see you!” Hanbi hung up the phone and took off running to Hongbin. He stood up from the bench and took three large steps towards her with his arms wide open and caught her as she launched herself at him. The two of them were laughing as Hanbi’s momentum almost knocked Hongbin flat on his back. Suyun casually walked up, her whole body filling with warmth and excitement as she saw Leo standing there, waiting for her. The two of them were smiling like idiots when they reached each other and embraced the other tightly.

“I missed you.” Leo muttered as he as he pressed his lips to the top of her head.

“I missed you too oppa.” Suyun said, her head perfectly resting in the nook of his neck. She held tightly onto his shirt while his strong arms bind around her waist in an embrace that threatened to never break. They had been apart for far too long and wondered how they had survived without each other for so long before they met. They heard the clearing of a throat and they looked over to see Hongbin and Hanbi awkwardly standing off to the side, staring at them. They slowly separated and apologised for their actions.

“Come on, let’s go for a walk.” Leo suggested while taking Suyun’s hand. They all agreed and went off on their double date. It was fun, it was casual, and it relaxed their hearts because they knew that their time apart had not put a major strain on their current relationship, like so many other idols before them who had seperated due to the time apart from the other.
