Suyun reread the text over a few times and the anxiety was growing larger and large within her. Back in America when someone said that they ‘need to talk’ it was a bad thing. But in Korea is just meant they wanted to talk, right? Suyun was freaking out so much that she couldn’t finish her lunch and was just wandering around like an idiot. Love-E had to go perform on stage and Ara had to drag Suyun out even though the older girl clearly didn’t want to. When their performance was over and the girls were ushered back into their van they slowly pulled away from the broadcasting building and a swarm of their fans were waiting for them. Majority of their fans were men and they were all screaming their favourite member’s name, trying to get their bias’ attention. The girls slightly opened the windows and waved at them and winked, all except Suyun who was too focused on trying to call Leo. She tried three times but he never answered and it went straight to voice mail.

“Hey Taekwoon oppa….it’s Suyun..uh..yeah…you said you wanted to talk?” Suyun was leaving a message after the third attempt. She was blocking one ear with her finger to quiet the noise of the fans. “Call me back when ever, we just finished our stage so we’re going to an interview right now but uh…yeah…call me. Bye.” Suyun hung up and let out a frustrated sigh. The girls closed the windows and all went about what they had to so they could get excited about the interview and fight off the fatigue.

“No luck?” Gayun asked as she stuffed full of cookies that she had hidden in her bag.

“Nah, he must be busy.” Suyun lightly tapped her fake nail on the phone screen and wondered what Leo must be doing at that moment and what made him sound so serious over text. “Oh yeah.” She remembered that she had to call Kangnam since he was constantly bugging her. The phone only range a few times before Kangnam hurriedly picked up.

“Suyun! You finally called me!” 

“I said I would. I was busy performing, sorry.” Suyun looked over to Ara and Gayun who were eyeing her suspiciously. Hanbi was asleep and Hanbi was practicing the pre-set out messages that she had to repeat when asked about their concept and the meaning behind the song. Being a leader looked like too much work and Suyun felt lucky that she could use her ‘foreigner card’ for when things got too difficult or too awkward.

“Sorry! I didn’t mean to bug you or anything; I just wanted to ask you something.”

“Sure, go ahead.” Suyun was now digging through her bag, which was settled between her feet and was on the mad search for her apple juice. That was a weakness for Suyun. She was addicted to apple juice but the problem what that the juice in Korea tasted totally different to the juice from America so her parents would have to ship it to her in large boxes that could last her  a month but actually only last a week or two.

“I was wondering if you can teach me how to dance?”

The question made Suyun choke on her juice a little bit and she needed Ara to pat her on the back to try and clear her airway.

“What? Why me? Zelo is way better than me, ask him!” Suyun silently cursed at Ara who was still slapping her back even though she wasn’t choking anymore.

“I’m awkward with Zelo! I saw the video for Rocking, there is no way I am going to learn the foot work at the same pace as everyone! Please Susu~~~ Help me~”

“Never call me that again and I will help.”

“DEAL!” And with that the conversation ended and Suyun was now somehow in charge of teaching Kangnam how to dance. She didn’t have much time to dwell on it though because they had two interviews to do and by the time they finished it was around eight at night. The girls were walking into their dance studio when Suyun’s phone started ringing. Leo’s name popped onto the screen and Suyun had to excuse herself from the dance choreographer. She ran into one of the sound proof singing rooms and locked the door as she sat down on the chair that was situated in front of a piano. It was such a tight space she had no idea how people had managed to get all of this down here.

“Hey.” Suyun answered and she couldn’t hide her anxious she was at the moment.

“Hey, you left me a message.” Leo was sitting in the van with the rest of the guys as they headed back into Seoul. All of the guys except for Leo and N were asleep as N was busy watching a movie on his iPad and Leo forced his eyes awake enough to call Suyun.

“Yeah well you sent me a text saying that we had to talk.” Suyun kicked the ground and hit a single key on the piano, the dull sound filling the small room.

“Ah…yeah…” Leo looked to the manager who looked just as tired as the members who had been dancing and singing for the last few hours. “I’ll text you everything, okay? The guys are sleeping so I don’t want to wake them up.” Leo needed an excuse to not talk out loud. There was no way he was going to talk about this with his manager listening to them. He was allowed to date but he was afraid of the problems that came along with that.

“Okay, bye.” Suyun hung up the phone and rolled her eyes at how secretive Leo was being about this. She knew he didn’t care about waking up the other guys.

Leo let out a heavy sigh and pulled out his headphones. He didn’t like the idea of Suyun and Kangnam being alone together. It was so obvious to him that Kangnam liked her, but maybe he didn’t have to worry, she did pick him to be her boyfriend, not Kangnam. Thinking about it too much was making Leo even more anxious and in the end he just listened to music while drifiting to sleep with his forehead pressed to the cold window.
