Hoku’s POV…

“Noona, I need you. I think I’m in trouble.” He whimpered as my eyes shot open while I froze mid heartbeat.

“W-what?” I asked nervously before his cries became more prominent on the phone.

“Seungri are you ok?” I asked again feeling as if my heart was about to break out of my chest any minute now.

“I need you noona.” He whispered before my heart shattered.

“Where are you? I’ll come to you now.” I said holding the tears in as the elevator door opened onto YG’s floor.

“I’m at some hotel outside of Tokyo.” He whispered sounding slightly confused as I sighed.

“Seungri, listen to me, look out the window, and find anything you recognize, look in the room for the address of the hotel or the hotel name. Send it to me; I’ll be there soon, alright?” I asked rushing down to YG’s office frantically.

“Alright noona.” He whispered before the line cut. I wasted no time to knock on YG’s door, not waiting for him to answer before I stepped in to see YG, YG’s lawyer and a few other people I did not recognize.

“Omo, I am so sorry.” I whispered bowing my apologies before YG stood up and walked over to me.

“Hoku-ah is there something you need?” He whispered also sounding nervous.

“It’s about Seungri-ah sir.” I whispered as his eyes shot open.

“How do you know about that?” He asked as I held out my phone.
“He called me just now. I want to go to him sir.” I begged feeling the tears about to overflow from the overpowering feeling of wanting to be there to comfort a friend, to protect him from whatever trouble he had gotten himself in.

“Come in, have a seat.” He urged walking me over to the seat open as I bowed my head to Yg’s lawyer.

“Ah, Hoku-ssi, nice to see you again.” He said standing and bowing as I did it back.

“These are two of YG’s publicist responsible for Big Bang.” YG introduced while I bowed my head to them.

“Sir, what’s going on?” I asked hesitantly before he sighed, grabbing one of the newspaper’s sitting in front of us before passing it to me. I hesitantly unfolded it before gasping when I saw what was on the front page.

“What in the world?” I whispered holding a hand over my chest in pain of what I was reading. How could such a low life do this to Seungri?

“It’s everywhere.” YG offered as he gestured to all the entertainment sites that were open on his laptop.

“Oh my god.” I whispered in horror before realizing something.

“Sir, I need to go back to Japan.” I begged as he looked at me confused.

“Hoku-ssi, it’s not safe for you also to be there, now that you are closely related to YG and Big Bang. Whoever is to blame for this may have something else up their sleeves.” One of the pointed out while I hissed, trying to find a way that I could help before my eyes shot open.

“My father.” I whispered as they all looked at me confused.

“Have you guys found out anything about the girl that released these photos?” I asked frantic as they shook their heads.

“My father has many friends in Japan through his work. Maybe I could ask him to connect me with a few.” I explained while YG looked to the others in a silent conversation.

“Stephanie has family there also, we could find out something.” I whispered wanting to get out of there as soon as possible.

“Call your father for me.” YG mentioned as I quickly nodded dialing his number before putting him on speakerphone.

“Ben Fernandez? This is Kona speaking?” my brothers voice answered as I panicked.

“Kona, it’s me, where’s dad?” I asked hurried before he laughed.

“What? No hi, I miss you, nothing?” he asked as I growled.

“GIVE HIM THE DAMN PHONE! IT’S AN EMERGENCY!” I snapped finally before the line went quiet.

“Hoku?” My father’s voice came on the line as I sighed.

“Dad, I need some help.” I spoke hesitantly calling him dad; apart from the usual ‘Ben’ I called him.

“What’s wrong? Are you ok?” He asked worried before I sighed and looked to YG who nodded.

“Mr. Fernandez? This is Hoku’s and Big Bang’s Boss, Mr. Yang.” He introduced as the line went quiet.

“Ah yes, Mr. Yang, how may I help you?” He asked as he looked around the room.

“It has come to my attention and from your daughter’s explanation, that you have many connections in Japan, maybe more than we do.” He admitted before I nodded. Father’s been in this business for a long time, I wouldn’t doubt that he had worked for many people in Japan from all the times he shared there.

“Ah yes. Is there something a matter?” He asked before YG passed the phone to me, obviously wanting me to explain the situation to him.

“Um, I’m fine dad, but one of the Big Bang members is being attacked by a stream of photos, and a scandal.” I explained as easy as I can.

“Is it true?” He asked first before I looked over to see YG shrug his shoulders.

“That’s the problem dad, no one knows if it’s true. I’m asking for your help.” I finally did it, the one thing I thought I was never going to do, ask this man for my help. The line went quiet before I heard my father sigh.

“I’ll give a few friends a call, I’ll send the info to Hoku as soon as I get them.” My father reassured before I nodded.

“I thank you for your help Mr. Fernandez. We really appreciate it.” Mr. Yang said as I smiled.

“Thank you dad.” I said into the phone before hanging up.

“Jin Ho.” YG announced as I looked up to see a man I hadn’t noticed walk over from the corner, bowing to YG.

“Book an immediate flight for Hoku-ah and Mr. Kim to Japan.” YG informed as the man nodded, quickly leaving the room.

“Are you sure you are ok with doing this?” YG then asked over to me as I nodded.

“Seungri is like a brother to me. And from the way he spoke to me this morning, something isn’t right about this whole thing.” I whispered looking down to the article still in my lap.

“If you get any leads or hints to who is behind this, or if it is true, please give me a call immediately.” YG informed as I nodded.

“Here, take this.” He offered, handing me a badge that was sitting on the table.

“What is it?” I asked before he smiled.

“Since you’re going over instead of us, you’re going to be YG’s temporary publicist. Use this whenever someone is giving you a hard time, alright?” He offered causing me to chuckle and nod.

“I usually don’t do this type of thing, but I’m getting desperate with the MAMA awards right around the corner. For this to happen now of all times, it’ll bring us down for sure.” YG explained as I nodded.

“I’ll take care of it, I promise.” I answered before he smiled and patted my head. I packed up my things again quickly, receiving both the information from Seungri and the information from my father, I took the next flight to Japan with Mr. Kim by my side.

My father had spoken to some of his friends that had connections in high places, they were helping me, while I would need to meet up with them there for the info they could pull up. The moment I landed in Gimpo, I was swarmed by reporters outside.

“Hoku-ssi! Hoku-ssi! What are you doing back in Gimpo? Are you here about Seungri’s Scandal? What’s your thoughts on it?” The reporters were shouting at me while I walked to the van. One question in particular lit my interest causing me to smile and turn around as they grew quiet.

“I have one thing I would like to say about it.” I mentioned while Mr. Kim held them away, flashes constantly going off.

“Whoever is responsible for this, has messed with the wrong person.” I seethed smirking before climbing into the van. Mr. Kim quickly climbed into the driver seat before we pulled away from the curb and on our way.

“Do you think that was the best to say?” He asked over while I sighed.

“Something about this whole thing doesn’t feel right.” I mentioned while he looked at me through the rear view mirror in confusion.

“It doesn’t?” He asked while I shook my head.

“When Seungri called me this morning, he didn’t sound like he knew what was going on, or where he was. Then on top of that, if he meant to have with this person, he would be calling to brag about it, not crying.” I pointed out in thought while he nodded.

“Hoku-ssi is very observing.” He pointed out while I smirked and nodded.

“I’ve very good at this type of stuff.” I admitted while he nodded. My first destination was to Seungri’s hotel, I was extremely worried about what Selena would think about this entire thing, but from my understanding after I called Steph this morning, everyone was working hard to keep her away from the TV or radio. We pulled up in front of a high end hotel right on the outskirts of Tokyo. Mr. Kim climbed out of the van before helping me out. I slipped a hat and sunglasses on, looking around before walking into the hotel. Taking the elevators up to the 32^nd floor, I quickly ran off and ran down the hall towards Seungri’s room. My heart was racing so hard that I could hear myself panting as I approached the door. Not wasting any time, I quickly knocked on it, looking up and down the hallway before I heard it unlocking.

“Seungri, it’s me.” I urged before the door swung open and I was welcomed by a bear hug.

“Noona.” He whined into my shoulder, soaking it with his tears as I sighed. Mr. Kim shut the door behind me as I held him against me.

“It’s ok Seungri. I’m here.” I whispered tearing up as I heard the heart shattering whimpers and cries coming off the usual charismatic Maknae. I knew whatever had happened was not Seungri’s fault from the way he was acting. Someone was behind this, and it was pissing me off further. I was going to get to the bottom of this, no matter how hard it was going to be.
