Hoku’s POV…

My cousin was on the brink of driving me insane. Not only did she just totally confess to having with the one member that was basically head over heels for her, but she was also planning on blowing it off as they were both drunk, everything they did meant nothing. She’s family, but he’s a friend of mine, and the way I was looking at things, made it seem like she had set out to hurt him from the start. The next day Seungri of course found me while they were preparing for the 2^nd night of their concert.

“Hoku noona?” He called as I sighed knowing exactly what he was going to ask. Selena had practically begged me to stay back at the hotel, because she didn’t want to see him. So as of now she was out with a serious ‘cold’ or so that was the story we were going with.

“Oh Seungri-ssi.” I said putting on the most believable smile I could muster. He was dressed to impress in their first costumes of the night. But he clearly looked flustered and confused as he walked over.

“Is Selena here?” He immediately asked as I shook my head.

“No, she’s sick.” I pointed out as he nodded looking around the room with hurt painted all over his face.

“Do you know what time she got back to the room this morn….I mean last night?” He asked questionable as I looked around, anywhere but to his hurt eyes. My friendship with the guys meant everything to me, but she was my cousin.

“10pm, why? Is there something wrong?” I asked as he sighed before shaking his head, massaging his forehead clearly upset.

“Nothing.” He muttered about to turn away before I grasped his arm.

“Noona, I need to get ready.” He spoke not looking at me, but from the way his arm was shaking I knew he was hurt.

“I need to talk to you about Selena, it’ll just take a minute.” I explained as he looked down to my hand then into my eyes, hesitantly nodding. Keeping my hand around his wrist, I pulled him out of the room and a ways down the hall.

“Ok where should I start?” I mumbled letting go of his hand before resting my back against the opposite wall.

“Seungri-ah, do you like her?” I first asked reading his taken back expression before he nodded.

“How much do you like her, and be honest with me.” I pointed out as he looked down both hallways before walking to stand next to me.

“More than I can explain.” He whispered as I silently cheered inside.

“How so?” I asked interested looking up to him before he sighed looking to the ceiling.

“I would do the one thing I could just to make her happy.” He pointed out causing me to look up at him confused.

“What is that?” I asked as he turned to me smirking.

“I would give up big bang for her.” He whispered in Japanese as my eyes lit up. I knew he was head over heels for her, but now that he had practically sold his soul to the devil, I was going to do everything to help him, after all, he was a good kid.

“Let me tell you something about Selena, alright?” I pointed out causing him to nod, never leaving his eyes from me.

“In her previous relationships, she wasn’t always in the most romantic or perfect ones.” I started causing him to nod.

“Like you noona?” He asked as I chuckled embarrassed before nodding.

“We both are alike like that. We were both always head over heels just with the thought that someone liked us. It was always the jock of the football team or some club leader, but it always ended the same way. We were always tossed to the side or pushed away, cheated on, abused and anything else you could imagine. That’s just the type of love life we endured before we finally said no more. To be honest, Selena and I were never this stubborn or cold hearted at times. Before all that happened, Selena was one of the nicest people I knew growing up, but when her last boyfriend basically ripped her heart out, she changed. She didn’t want to be pushed around anymore; she wanted to make them feel how she had to suffer. That’s why I never blame anything she does now in life, it’s all thanks to the crap she had to go through to get here.” I explained before looking over to see him staring down at his shoes in wonder.

“Seungri-ah I know from past experience that you are nothing like one of those guys, you’re a nice guy, dedicated, hardworking, respectful, and caring, but Selena is just a shattered heart.” I explained carefully before he nodded.

“If you really love her, it’ll take more than having with her to show her that.” I explained as he gasped and quickly looked over.

“You knew?” he asked as I laughed and nodded.

“I looked out my bedroom door this morning to see her leaving your room.” I added before he sighed and looked up.

“Don’t worry I won’t say anything to no one, I promise.” I pointed out causing him to smile and nod.

“What should I do noona?” He asked as I looked to his confused face.

“She’ll keep playing her games on you Seungri unless you put your foot down and show her how much she means to you.” I mentioned before he nodded suddenly confident.

“I like you noona.” He suddenly said causing me to choke back on my saliva and look over to him with huge eyes.

“I-I, I’m flattered but you’re Jiyong and I……” I started causing him to laugh before he pulled me into a hug.

“I like you as a noona, a friend.” He pointed out causing me to blush and laugh embarrassed.

“Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me Noona.” He whispered as I patted his back comforting.

“To be honest Seungri, I look as you as a little brother since I’ve been here. So anytime you are in trouble and don’t wanna call you’re hyungs, I’ll be here for you.” I explained as he pulled away from me laughing.

“Thanks Noona, but I feel bad that one of these days Ji Hyung has to meet your brothers.” He laughed as I smiled and nodded at the memory.

“I wouldn’t be celebrating though; she has an older brother who is just as bad.” I pointed out smirking as his eyes lit up in fear and horror only causing me to laugh, walking away from him with only a pat on the shoulder. He was definitely lucky that her brother wasn’t as bad as mine.
