Hoku’s POV…

I groaned, feeling a warm sensation on my cheek before I stretched feeling the kinks in my body pop and snap.

“Ugh.” I groaned again reaching my arms out to feeling that I was in bed alone. Everything that happened the night before suddenly came flooding into my memory, cheeks flared before my eyes shot open in realization and down to my body under the sheets. That’s when my eyes met his as he walked in from the balcony.

“Hey.” I said sitting up groggily, holding the sheets to my bare chest before he turned to me.

“Omo, you’re awake.” He chirped putting his phone down before walking over to sit in front of me on the bed.

“How are you feeling?” He asked holding my cheeks between his hands before leaning forward to kiss my lips. I just smiled up at him before he pulled away looking confused.

“What? Is there something on my face?” He asked self-consciously before I smirked and shook my head.

“Just admiring.” I teased causing him to snort before my eyes went over to his many tattoos.

“How many do you have?” I asked tracing the Dragon Ball on his shoulder. He smiled before shrugging.

“Too many to mention.” He said jokingly before I rolled my eyes.

“I always wanted to get another one.” I explained as he looked up to me surprised.

“Really?” He asked with an arched eyebrow before I nodded.

“My parents got so pissed when I got the one of my back.” I explained before he smirked kissing my forehead.

“If you still want, I’ll take you to get another one with the guy I go to.” He offered before I looked up equally excited.

“Really? You would?” I asked before he laughed and nodded just as his phone began ringing again.

“Ugh, who is it now?” He whined climbing off before walking over to the phone. I watched his facial expressions to see his surprised expression before he looked to me hesitantly.

“Who is it?” I asked worried before he looked down to the number on his phone.

“It’s YG, I’ll be right back.” He added quickly pulling on the robe I had on last night before walking out of the hotel room. For some reason, that face he made before he left wasn’t very reassuring.

Jiyong’s POV…

It was her dad calling, I rushed out of her room before quickly answering.

“Good Morning.” I answered respectfully knowing that this was the man I had to get through.

“Ah Good Morning Jiyong.” He answered as I smiled walking towards my room, away from wandering eyes.

“Well as promised I’m calling to set up an appointment with you, when are you free?” He asked as I looked to my watch that clearly read 4:30, we had to be at a interview in 2 hours, not sure how long it was going to take.

“I’ll be at an interview in about 2 hours, how about for lunch?” I asked as he spoke to someone off line before coming back to me.

“That will be fine with us, where would you like to meet? We’re staying in the middle of Tokyo right now.” He mentioned as I leaned against the wall in wonder.

“Oh, there is a famous sushi shop not far from the Tokyo Dome, it’s called Sushi Saito, do you know where that is?” I asked still in hush tone.

“Ah yes, we know where that is.” He offered before I nodded.

“Will it be okay to meet there around noon?” I asked as he mumbled something to someone offline before coming back.

“We’ll meet you there. Thank you for meeting us Jiyong, even with such a packed schedule.” He thanked as I smiled.

“No sir, thank you for meeting me.” I offered before hanging up. Now the trouble I would have to go through to keep this all a secret from Hoku without her becoming suspicious about it. I sighed looking down to my feet before looking up in surprise.

“AHHHHHH!” I shouted in surprise, jumping against the wall from the face that had been staring at me.

“Geez, a pack of fans could have been standing in front of you and it wouldn’t have fazed you at all, would it?” She asked leaning against the opposite wall with her arms crossed.

“Aish, Eden-ssi, why the sudden heart attack so early in the morning?” I whined holding my chest as I panted sounding as if I had been running up and down the hallway for an hour. She just smirked, looking up and down the hallway before smiling at me.

“Who were you talking to? Who are you meeting?” He asked nudging her head towards my phone as I pulled it to hide behind my back.

“No one.” I quickly said before she narrowed her eyes.

“We’re you talking to the tramp from the show yesterday?” She asked as my eyes shot open.

“How do you know about her?” I asked as she snorted looking away.

“We all saw the live version, then Hoku texted us to let us know that she wanted to sleep alone last night. Can’t believe you lied to her, already.” Eden hissed sarcastically clapping for me as I sighed, scratching the back of my neck viciously.

“I’m sorry ok, I didn’t mean for it to get this out of hand.” I whined before she rolled her eyes annoyed.

“I’m meeting her dad and older brother.” I quickly said before she could say anything. Her head quickly whipped my way before she looked at me in surprise.

“Uncle Ben and Kona are  here?” She asked in a loud whisper before I nodded holding my finger up to quiet her.

“They don’t want her to know that they are here. They wanna surprise her later.” I explained before she smiled and looked at me suspiciously.

“Well, well, well, Mr. Kwon Jiyong doesn’t waste any time to get to know the family, does he?” She teased as I sighed massaging my head.

“I just need some advice, what are her dad and brother like before I jump into the lion pit?” I asked nervously before she chuckled under her breath.

“Well first of all, he’s not her real dad.” She said as I slowly tried to comprehend.
“Her real father died when she was 10, this guy is her step-father, he owns a large financial business in the states.” She explained as I nodded. So he was powerful and obviously respected.

“As for her brother Kona, he’s as protective of her as a mother lion to her cub. He’s the one you should be more afraid of.” She added before I swallowed heavily.

“He works for her dad, VP there, he’s usually the one to handle out of the country deals but I’m sure Uncle Ben came to see you and her.” He then added before I nodded.

“He has a way of breaking you down, breaking down the outer shell of your confidence and celebrity life so that he can see you inside and out. Since you’ve obviously talked to them before and he knows who you are, I’m sure he’s done his research on you, knows everything about, everything that tabloids give off and whatnot. So don’t be surprised if he jumps on you about the and affairs you have all over the net, but be sure to stand your ground and explain the truth.” She offered before I nodded.

“I feel like I’m going to throw up.” I muttered under my breath holding my stomach.

“Wow, very rare to see the G-Dragon nervous to meet people.” She teased before I hissed annoyed.

“It’s not everyday that I have to ask for permission to date someone.” I added back before she smiled.

“Did you never have to do this before?” she asked in disbelief before I shook my head.

“I dated girls on a whimp, I knew they would never last long, I hoped but I always knew that it wouldn’t, there was no need for me to meet the parents.” I added before looking down to a door opening as Hoku looked out.

“Oh Hoku! Good Morning~.” Eden rang waving as I smiled at her then to Eden.

“I’ll distract her later for lunch, don’t worry.” She said through her teeth smiling causing me to smile.

“Thanks.” I whispered before walking down to the confused face waiting for me.

“What was that about?” She asked as I walked into the room to get dressed.

“She wanted to talk about some things.” I said smiling before she looked at me confused.

“What’s with the phone call?” She asked as I sighed.

“YG just wanted to talk to me.” I said acting worried before she walked over hugging me.

“Oh my god, did something happen? Is it serious?” She asked totally buying the mood I was trying to portray before I shook my head.

“No, nothing serious.” I added before she sighed pulling away from me with a hand on my cheek.

“Well we need to get ready, I’ll meet you when I’m done.” She whispered before I smiled and nodded. Leaning in, I kissed her before making my exit. Today was going to be one of the most interesting days of my life, one that I would probably have to work harder than I ever did for something I want.
