Hoku’s POV…

My phone began to ring again as we planned tonight’s capture, looking down to my phone confused that Mr. Kim was now the one calling me. I hesitantly answered it.

“Hello?” I answered as the officers in the room looked at me confused.

“Hoku-ssi.” Mr. Kim said out of breath.

“Is everything ok?” I asked hesitantly hearing a screaming in the background of his phone, causing me to pull it away from my ringing ear.

“What the heck was that?” I asked confused as he sighed.

“Selena-ssi….she.” He started as my eyes shot open and to Steph.

“She found out?” I asked nervously grabbing my jacket to pull it on.

“She found out and she’s here in the hospital yelling at Seungri-ssi.” He pleaded as I sighed, gesturing for Stephanie to come with me.

“I’ll be right there. Don’t let her leave.” I explained before hanging up.

“We need to get to the hospital right now.” I urged over to her as she stood up slowly.

“Why? What’s up?” She asked as I pulled my hair out of my coat and over my shoulders.

“Selena found out.” Was all I had to say before we bowed and left the room to the nearest taxi we could pull over.

“You think she’ll leave?” Steph asked as I sat with my knees bouncing.

“I don’t know, but I’m sure she’s hurt and confused.” I explained as we finally came up on the hospital after a 10 minute drive. We ran in and down the hall to where the screaming was to find Jiyong holding Selena across the hallway with Seungri hooked up to an IV, dressed in a hospital gown, sloppily standing across the hallway with the help of Mr. Kim.

“I HATE YOU! YOU BASTARD!” She shouted across in tears as I quickly ran over. Jiyong looked to me shocked before over to my slightly bruised cheek in horror.

“Don’t ask please.” I whined walking to stand in front of Selena with my hands on her cheeks. The look in her eyes was something I never saw before. She wasn’t mad, or angry, but hurt. Hurt so badly, that I could basically see her heart crumbling behind them.

“Selena, let me explain!” Seungri shouted over in tears as I sighed and slapped Selena across the face, silencing her.

“Selena, we need to talk.” I said with authority, grabbing her arm and forcefully dragging her down the hall, gesturing for Steph to follow. We found a quiet waiting room and I basically threw her to chair in a huff.

“You are going to sit there quietly and listen to everything I say, or I’m going to put you in this exact hospital.” I threatened as she hung her head and hesitantly nodded. I looked to Steph and nodded before taking a seat across from Selena.

“Selena, did you see the news?” I asked slowly before she nodded.

“What did you see or hear?” I then asked wanting to know exactly what she heard.

“Why does it matter what I saw? He’s a man .” She seethed as I reached over and slapped her head.

“Ow.” She snapped rubbing her head as I snorted.

“I asked you what you heard, not your 2 cents on the matter.” I pointed out while she sighed looking to her lap.

“Seungri’s Scandal.” She whispered as I sighed.

“Selena, it’s not true.” Steph stepped in as she looked up to us in disbelief slightly pissed.

“Wow, never thought I would see the day that my cousin would choose a man over me?” She asked sarcastically surprised before I hissed annoyed.

“It’s not true, and we both know why? That’s why I came back. We’ve been investigating all day.” I whined annoyed that she didn’t believe me.

“Ever wonder why Seungri’s in the hospital?” Steph asked as Selena looked up to us hesitantly.

“That tramp poisoned his drink last night; he doesn’t remember anything after having a drink at the bar.” I explained as she looked down to her lap again.

“Selena, he didn’t know what he was doing. When he called me for my help, he wasn’t bragging about getting laid, he was crying because he was scared.” I then explained as I watched the tears drop from her eyes onto her jeans.

“He’s here because my father’s friend told me to bring him here immediately. If I didn’t, the poison that woman gave him would have burned his vocal cords to a crisp.” I said carefully before she sniffled and stood up.

“Where are you going?” I asked looking at her as she turned away from me.

“I need to go somewhere.” She whispered never turning to us as I looked to Steph hesitantly.

“Where?” I asked worried as she shook her head.

“Don’t worry, I’ll call you later.” She whispered before we both watched her walk out of the hospital from our site.

“You think it’s ok to just let her go?” Steph asked over as I sighed massaging my sore cheek before shrugging.

“I was worried that she might find the girl and kill her but she has no idea what she looks like.” I mentioned before turning to the hallway again.

“Let’s go check on Seungri for a bit then head back in town, alright?” I asked as Steph nodded.

“And don’t mention tonight to the guys.” I whispered before she hesitantly nodded. We walked down the hallway back to Seungri’s room to see that they had set him up on the bed again. We knocked on the door getting their attention as we walked into the room.

“Hey.” I said to Seungri totally ignoring Jiyong who was staring at me from the corner of the room.

“Thanks for coming noona.” Seungri whispered as I smiled and nodded.

“Hoku-ssi, what happened to your cheek?” Mr. Kim walked over worried as I chuckled holding a hand over it.

“It’s nothing. So how’d everything go?” I asked totally changing the subject as I looked at Seungri.

“They said you brought him in at the perfect time. They were able to get the poison from his stomach before it made any major damages, and also have been giving him some antibiotics to help his throat.” Mr. Kim explained as I nodded, patting Seungri’s hand that had found its way into mine.

“YG’s on his way.” Jiyong pointed out as I looked up surprised by the news.

“When did you talk to him?” I asked interested looking over to Steph.

“Just a few moments before you walked in.” He added as I nodded looking away.

“How’s everything going with the investigation?” Seungri asked now sounding interested as I smiled.

“I got the surveillance videotape from the club, a name, picture, now Steph’s uncle is searching for her.” I explained as he smiled.

“So we’re in the clear?” He asked expectantly while Steph nodded laughing.

“You’re in the clear.” I reassured while he quickly sat up, pulling me down into a hug.

“Thank you so much noona.” He whispered through tears on my shoulder. I just smiled and held him back, looking up to Jiyong’s small smile directed at me.

“I told you I would help you, I’ll make everything better.” I whispered as he pulled away smiling.

“Hyung, I swear if you hurt noona again, I’ll kill you myself.” Seungri teased as everyone laughed.

Selena’s POV…

The moment I arrived back at the hotel, I ran into our room and began packing my things. I needed to get as far away from this place as possible in a hurry. I didn’t want to be there anymore. Lie or not, it was too much to handle for me. Trying to be as quiet as possible, knowing that Tyra and Eden were right next door. I grabbed my things, finally making my way out of the room.

“Where do you think you’re going?” A voice surprised me as I hesitantly turned around to see Tyra and Eden now standing in the middle of the hallway.

“I’m going home.” I told them in monotone grabbing the handles of my suitcase before pulling it down the hallway.

“What?” Tyra asked shocked.

“Why?” Eden asked confused running after me, stopping me at the elevators.

“Why are you leaving? YG said you could stay till we head back to Korea.” Tyra mentioned as I looked down trying to hold in the tears.

“Does this have to do with Seungri’s scandal?” Eden asked as my heart slowly crumbled.

“Just mind your own business and let me go.” I whined biting my lip as I looked away from them.

“No, if you’re leaving because of that, then get your back in your room.” Tyra commanded as I looked up at her, causing her to flinch.

“You two have no idea how I feel about this whole thing. Such perfect relationships the both of you. You know how hard it was for me to fall for him? Do you know how much trust I put into him?” Selena snapped through tears.

“Selena, it’s not true.” Eden whispered surprised.

“You’ll know how I feel when TOP or Taeyang do something like this. Even if it’s not his fault, it still hurts. I just need to get away from here.” I explained pressing the button for the elevator as they stepped out of the way.

“Selena, he’ll be heartbroken if you leave.” Tyra whispered worried.

“Just stop, I need to go.” I whispered stepping into the open elevator before turning to them.

“Seungri really likes you Selena. You can’t just leave him like this.” Eden whispered hurt.

“If I stay here during this, it’ll be worse for the both of us.” I whispered as the doors shut. Immediately after the doors shut, I fell to the ground in tears. Never in my life had I thought I would hurt this way about a guy. Love can be a nasty thing.

Seungri's POV..

"Noona, where's Selena?" I asked worried that I had not seen her since noona arrived.

"Oh, she said she needed some space for now. she's probably back at the hotel." Hoku explained to me as I nodded hesitant.

"She doesn't like me anymore, does she?" I asked looking down hurt before feeling a hand on mine.

"Just give her some time to get her thoughts in order. I'm sure she's just taken back by all of this." Hoku said carefully before I nodded. Something didn't feel right though, my heart was racing faster than it ever had. For some reason, I was feeling nervous.

"Where are you Selena?" I asked myself looking to the window.
