Author’s POV…

They walked in silence to the hotel, still hand in hand till they reached the lobby where Hoku quickly let go of his hand afraid of what fans may think if they saw them together. Jiyong couldn’t help but feel hurt by the gesture, but decided that It would definitely take her some time to get used to the fact of their relationship.

“Are you embarrassed of me?” Jiyong asked once they were in the enclosure of the elevator. She looked up from her hand on the necklace before nodding.

“I don’t want your fans to think poorly of me.” She admitted as he sighed looking to her.

“I told you don’t worry about anything, let me deal with it.” He whined back causing her to smile.

“You guys all whine more than a child, you do know that?” She pointed out as I snorted before smiling.

“It works most of time.” He admitted as she rolled her eyes.

“Not for me, I know you guys too well to see through that.” She said proudly as he took a step towards her before resting his cheek on her bare shoulder.

“I figured you would be all tough and mighty even to my fans.” He questioned causing her to laugh.

“If they give me a reason to be ‘tough and mighty’ than I will. I don’t just randomly go around ripping people heads off you know.” Hoku pointed out slightly outraged that he would think of her like that. His left arm slowly and sneakily s its way around her waist to hold her there. She blushed at the gesture, keeping her ground while the elevator continued.

“I just think it’s safe to say that this should be kept a secret till YG Okays it.” She whispered as Jiyong pulled his head up from her shoulder to look at her.

“It’s not what you think; I just would hate to go against him if he doesn’t agree with it.” She quickly answered as he sighed and nodded.

“And what happens if he doesn’t agree with it?” He then asked over causing her to sigh.

“You told me not to worry, and here you are doing the exact thing.” She said teasingly just as the elevator door opened to their floor.

“So are we going to tell the others?” He asked as they stepped out into the small foyer type area in front of the suite door.

“I think I’ll just let them think what they want.” Hoku said teasingly with an evil smirk only causing Jiyong to smile.

“So a secret for now?” He asked amused causing her to nod.

“For now. If they catch on, oh well.” Hoku said carefree before Jiyong smiled.

“Thanks for giving me a chance.” He said midway of letting her slip the room key in.

“Don’t make me regret it.” She retorted back pushing the door open as he smiled. Before she could step in, Jiyong quickly leaned in, kissing her cheek caringly.

“I’ll never let you regret being with me.” He whispered kissing her once more before holding the door open for her.

“And a word of warning, if one of the guys gets too comfy around you, I’m stepping in.” He mentioned shutting the door silently behind them. She couldn’t help but laugh quietly and smile at him for already being jealous, who would have thought the very person she had a fans crush on would now be her boyfriend, world works in funny ways I guess.

Jiyong’s POV…

I watched her walk down the hallway away from me, and into her room before she turned and waved. I smiled at her, waving back before she shut the door quietly. Luckily no one had caught us sneak out or back in, so I quietly walked down the opposite hallway to my room. Quietly I walked down the hallway only to jump out of my skin when one of the doors quickly opened.

“Ya! I basically shouted in shock to the person who had just given me a heart attack. The person in the door just leaned against the doorframe laughing as I held my chest, panting.

“Where’d you go Ji?” Bae asked smirking, looking me up and down as I cleared my throat.

“Out.” I quickly said walking to my room door, opening it and walking in with him following closely behind me.

“Out where?” he asked shutting the door and take a seat on my bed.

“Just out.” I answered trying not to make any eye contact with him while I changed.

“Looks like you had a date.” He pointed out as I chuckled trying to sound as uncaring as possible.

“I went to dinner.” I answered as he smiled and nodded at me.

“With who? Someone we know? Someone we don’t know?” He questioned as I shrugged.

“Why does it matter?” I whined annoyed knowing that it was far from possible for him to leave and forget ever seeing me. He just laughed down to his lap before looking up to me with a smile.

“Bro, we’ve been friends forever, I know when something’s changed.” He answered as I sighed taking a seat in the corner chair, head hanging between my legs.

“You’re smiling, like a lot bro.” he pointed out as I looked up and couldn’t help but smile and hide my face.

“You’re a lot happier than I’m used to.” He teased as I sighed laying my head back.

“What’s up bro?” Taeyang asked interested as I leaned forward and smiled at him.

“I think I met her.” I whispered smiling down to my hands as he laughed.

“You finally found her?” He asked interested as I smiled.

“I think I have.” I whispered as he stood up and clapped.

“It’s about time.” He said walking over and patting my shoulder only causing me to laugh.

“So what are you going to do about Hoku-ah then? You confessed to her.” He said still oblivious only causing me to laugh some more.

“Bae, you’re even denser than me.” I groaned as he looked at me confused.
“What?” He asked confused as I laughed.

“She is the one.”  I pointed out with a hand on his shoulder. His eyes grew before he hugged me.

“Well it’s about time bro.” He said proudly before pulling away from me.

“Hoku is probably the only girl I’ve ever accepted to be with you bro, so don’t mess it up, alright?” He warned causing me to laugh and nod.

“So what happened?” he asked interested as I sat down with him next to me.

“Hoku doesn’t want anyone to know, so act like you don’t know alright?” I warned before he nodded. I explained the whole night to him, the dinner, her playing the piano for me, her kissing me, the beach walk, all up to the moment we were sitting in the room.

“Wow, I didn’t even know she could play the piano let alone sing.” He whispered still in shock.

“No one knows she plays, so don’t tell anyone.” I begged as he nodded rubbing the back of his neck.

“So you guys are official then?” He asked as I sighed and nodded.

“She wants the guys at Eden guys to find out on their own time, so don’t say anything.” I mentioned before he nodded.

“She always doesn’t want it to go public, she wants me to ask YG about it first to see if it’s alright.” I explained hesitantly causing him to laugh.

“It’s like your roles are reversed, asking your father for permission.” Bae teased as I laughed in realization.

“What about her parents? What are you going to do about them? I’m sure it’s common etiquette to ask her parents for permission also.” Bae mentioned as I sighed, totally forgetting the bigger picture in this situation.

“I totally forgot about that.” I whined rubbing the side of my head viciously.

“You wanna call them and ask?” he asked as I looked up confused.

“How am I supposed to ask, I don’t even have their number?” I pointed out causing him to smile before holding up his own phone.

“I can call the company for her information.” He pointed out dialing on the phone causing me to smile. I got my phone ready, knowing that it was about 9am in California, safe enough to call her parents. I sat there nervously looking down at the number in my hand, frozen.

“Just call them.” Bae urged as I tightly shut my eyes.

“I’m too nervous, feels like I’m going to throw up.” I said covering my mouth embarrassed. Before I could react, Bae was at my side, pushing the send button on my phone while it rang. Whether I was ready or not, this was something I also thought needed to be done. Too bad my heart was beating faster than usual, my hands were sweating waterfalls and my stomach was doing a billion flips per second.

“Fernandez Residence, Kona speaking?” An deep set male voice answered, oh god, I’m dead.
