Sunhae peered over her cooking recipe book as her eyes focused through the window of the ‘Cooking Club’ to see the members of the ‘Music Club’ producing some music at the other building. Her eyes flit towards the one who was in charge of the guitar as he sings the lyrics of the song beautifully.

Of course she can’t hear him nor the sound his friends were making out of their instruments but she actually knew what he was singing since she’s one of their fan. She’s a major fan of the leader, which goes by the name Sungjin, especially.

She almost let out a content sigh (by how he’s so handsome and have a very melodious voice and can play the guitar perfectly and bla bla bla…) when suddenly a palm slammed onto the table beside her arm. Flinching in surprise at the sudden boom, she fell down from her seat and landed her on the floor embarrassingly.

“Ow ow ow… That hurts…” She rubbed her sore while standing on her feet.

“What did I just say, student Park Sunhae?”

As if she finally realized where she was right now, she dusted off the invincible dirt from her strict teacher’s shoulder with a sheepish grin. “What did I just say, student Park Sunhae? That is your last sentence, teacher.”

“GET OUT!!!” Mrs. Han’s powerful voice made the building shake as the students were this near to be deaf, especially the Sunhae who was 30 cm away from her.

Mrs. Han didn’t have to repeat the same sentence twice and Sunhae already sprinted her way out of the ‘Cooking Class’ for her dear life. She groaned in distress before pulling off the apron from covering her school uniform.

“I’m kicked out of the club again. I wonder if this is the 20th time already.” She scratched her neck that was not itchy while looking around the hallway. “Where can I actually spy on them again?”

The next day, Sunhae peeked over the wall to see the hallway that was full of students’ lockers. When she was positive no one was there since she did come early just to do this, she skipped her way towards Sungjin’s locker and slipped a post-it-note inside it.

After she was done, she grinned in happiness and went towards her class like usual. Someone came out from his hiding spot and saw her turned around the corner. He made his way towards his locker and turned the combination over before it went open by itself.

Taking the green leaf shaped note from on top of his mountain fan letters, he turned the paper around to see what it says.

I saw you hurt your hand yesterday. Are you okay? You can’t play the guitar if your fingers were broken. Do you need me to slam the basketball back to Jackson? I’ll gladly do it!

The guy chuckled a little at the message and he turned to look at his wrapped right hand. “I did sprain my wrist but it’ll heal in a week or two so don’t worry much, Park Sunhae.”

Sunhae bit onto her sausage as she lent her ear to her best friend, to hear the gossip-of-the-day. She was having fun by their continuous chatter until a sudden sentence made her choke on her carrot.

Eunjoo hurriedly saved Sunhae from coughing her teeth out as the girl heaved out a safe sigh. Sunhae’s focus was now on Narae and she almost grabbed her friend by the collar, so she would repeat what she said just now.

“You didn’t know? Jihyo’s been interested in Sungjin sunbae ever since I could remember. That’s why she’s flirting with him every single second she can. She’s tired of him not giving her any response so she went to confess yesterday.” Narae raised a weird eyebrow and she continued to munch her salad.

“Since she’s one of the most prettiest girl in school, I doubt that he will reject her. He’s been single for 2 years ever since his girlfriend transferred to another school.” Eunjoo threw more woods onto Sunhae’s burning heart as the girl stayed static on her seat.

Sunhae closed her lunchbox suddenly as her two best friends stared at her with a frown. “Where’re you going?” Narae asked.

“I’m gonna head to the class first.” She hardly replied without turning to a crying mess and lef
