“Oh. My. Gosh. I. Can. Not. Wait.”

Hoshi raised an eyebrow at Ranhi, his best friend, who was excitedly squealing like a dolphin at the sight of their camping site. She waited for months and they’re finally going to stay inside a real forest with real plants and real animals. If she’s not his friend, he would have called the mental-hospital and submit her there, harshly.

“What’s it like? Are there bears? Wolves? Oh. My. Gosh. Bigfoot?!”

He slapped a palm over , demanding her to shut it up since she could see it for herself when they’re finally there. Stubborn Ranhi just slightly over Hoshi’s hand making him to grunt while scowling, absolutely annoyed at her unfeminine-like behavior. She just grinned innocently while he rolled his eyes. If it’s him, she wouldn’t feel that embarrassed by showing her unbelievable side.

“Come on Soonyoung. You should have known I would do that,” she giggled while patting his shoulder.

“I knew but I didn’t think you would really do that,” he uttered, wiping her saliva on her shirt.

“Hey!” she protested.

“It’s yours so take it back,” he snickered.

The guy that was seated behind their seats heard their bickering clearly though he was listening to his mp3 player. It’s as if he could imagine her smile and that made his lips curled upwards on one side, like a reflection of a mirror, he’s feeling happy if she’s happy.

After they arrived, Ranhi, being the overly-enthusiastic one, just sprint out of the bus. Hoshi eyed her who was now waving from down the bus and he stood up while shaking his head. He wondered how they actually became friends when they’re like polar opposites. Another thing he’s grateful for being dissimilar from her is the phrase opposite attracts. It means a lot to him.

At first, the teacher ordered the students to build up their tents before they could unpack their things. They’re going to have to meet back 2 hours later. Of course, Ranhi and Hoshi were placed in different tents so they couldn’t really hang out until the 2 hours’ time is up.

The time’s up and they met back when Teacher Kwon yelled them to come closer.

“I will assign you guys with multiple tasks so hear your name and moved to the respective place by groups. Do the task with teamwork. No teamwork, penalty for the group. This is the reason why we’re coming to the camp, to have a bond with one another. Understand?” Teacher Kwon hollered and the students replied with a loud; “Yes, ssaem!”

Teacher Kwon then called out random names and Ranhi didn’t hear her name until 7 minutes later.

“Lee Ranhi!”

“Yes!”

“Kwon Soonyoung!”

“Here.”

“Sung Boyeon!”

“Shin Jaemin!”

“You four are the kitchen team, as in the chef’s assistants for Teacher Jang, who is the main cook. Go meet her now,” Teacher Kwon instructed and they began their search for Teacher Jang.

Somehow, Ranhi ended up with Jaemin and both don’t mind being together but for Hoshi, he’s another case. He was searching for her while looking for Teacher Kwon when he saw her with Jaemin, already founding the teacher.

“Boyeon-ah! Here!” Hoshi yelled and she came near him, jogging.

They both stepped towards Teacher Kwon as Jaemin and Ranhi went away after listening to the teacher’s instruction. Hoshi’s ear moved as he tried to eaves-drop their discussion at the same time attending to Teacher’s Kwon orders. Suddenly, he heard Ranhi’s yelp just as he saw a flash of action by Jaemin.

Hoshi can’t believe that he’s actually seeing Jaemin holding over Ranhi so intimately with his arm around her tummy to avoid her fall. And that girl was blushing furiously after sensing the hand over her abdomen making her best friend very uneasy.
