Jei hopped down the van with her black backpack as her eyes scanned over their mean-time living place for 3 days. It’s not really modern as it’s near the mountain but it’s a nice place to rest from the hectic loud city. As you can see, she’s not your typical next-door girl. Even in this situation, she was forced by her parents to come with them.

She rather stayed inside the house alone than coming to the outside world. She dislikes nature, especially bugs and worms. Next, she hates green color. Too bad for the next 3 days, she’s going to have to face nature very closely. Her nickname from her parents is Princess Candle. You know, she’ll melt if she stays under the sun too long. (Lmao.)

She flit her eyes to a boy who was looking over a pamphlet as he was making his way to her. Looking at his side-profile, she knew that the guy is an eye-candy. Wow. He’s handsome.

The boy blew a bubble before it popped and he chewed on the bubblegum leisurely. Wait a second. He looks like… freaking Lee Minhyung?!

“Jei. Help bring the bags inside, Princess,” her mother called and right at that second, they met eyes making Jei to freeze. And the only thing that came to her mind was run. “Coming!”

Minhyung/ Mark have a crooked grin over his lips as his eyes never left the flustered Jei. This trip isn’t going to be boring after all.

Going inside the hotel, the owner gave Jei’s father the key to their room as she tailed after her parents with her own bag. She noticed that this place seems like a Japanese-style house where there is short dining table inside the room and hot water bath. Thank god it was not mixed.

The place only has two stories but the rooms look endless. As her father was inserting the key, she met eyes with, surprise not surprise, Mark again and he was going inside the room opposite of her, with a victorious smirk making her annoyed at his obnoxious behavior.

That’s it. She decided that she would just leave her bag behind and walked out. She doesn’t want to stay inside the same building when they’re always inside the same class during school days. It’s a holiday for a reason, quoted by Kang Jei.

“Mom. I’m going out,” Jei snapped and stormed off, doesn’t want for her mother’s respond.

Mrs. Kang blinked hearing the sound of the door and she turned to her husband with a question mark on her head. “Princess is going out?”

“Seems like it,” Mr. Kang hummed as he sipped on the green tea that was prepared for them.

“That’s… great…?” she frowned but waved it away nonetheless.

“This tea is really nice,” he commented vaguely.
