“Hmm…? Jiji, what’s wrong?” Hoshi rubbed his tired eyes when he felt his girlfriend’s heat disappeared since she was sitting down on their bed.

He’s a light-sleeper so if Jihyun moved just for a scratch, his eyes would flutter open in a split second. Pushing himself up beside her, he wiped her sweat away from her forehead with worriedness reflected in his eyes.

“Are you okay?” he asked lowly as if he felt the pain she was feeling right now.

“I’m fine… Just a little scared…” doesn’t want to worry him, she replied with a sigh.

“Nightmare?” he asked again and she nodded once as a reply.

Pulling the covers away, he stood up with his gaze fixed on her. “Do you want some warm milk? I’ll make it for you if you want to.”

“I would love that, oppa,” she smiled weakly. He went out of their room to make it for her.

‘Are you okay? Do you need me to fetch you anything?’

‘I’m fine, oppa. If you don’t mind though, I want some fruits, grapes specifically.’

‘Okay. I’ll be sure to buy you some.’

“Ssaem!” Hoshi turned away from his phone and looked to his right, meeting eyes with one of his best students.

“Oh. Saemi. What’s wrong?” he questioned after tucking in his phone back inside his pocket.

“I made a lunchbox,” she said excitedly before opening the cover, giving her teacher a look of her neatly arranged food.

He glanced at it for a second and shrugged. “That’s cool. If you don’t have anything else to say to me, then…”

Before he could walk away, she held his arm, his steps turning to a halt and he raised an eyebrow at her hand that was on his arm. “Anything else?”

“It’s for you, Soonyoung ssaem,” shyly looking away, Saemi mumbled lowly and he pulled her hand away making her eyes slightly widened.

“Thank you but I’m not going to accept it. My girlfriend will be sulking at me if I ate other people’s cooking than hers,” he gave her a soft smile, ruffling her hair like the good teacher he is and walked away.

“I didn’t know ssaem has a girlfriend…” Saemi let out an embarrassed groan and she closed the lid of her lunchbox, huffing in anger.

“Pretty much all of it. Lee ssaem, where’s the list of the paired up students who will perform at the School Festival next month?” Hoshi answered with a hum and he turned towards his same-age friend, Woozi.

“I put it on your desk already,” Woozi curtly replied with his eyes still on his laptop screen, his fingers typing the words that were on his mind swiftly.

“Okay, thanks. Remind me to give it back to you after this,” Hoshi gave him a cup of coffee for energizer, a pat on the shoulder and he went back to his place.

He was about to make a copy of the names when a message popped up on his screen.

‘How many do you want again? A couple of my guests wants the same flower as you so I can save the one you asked since you did asked me first.’

‘Then, 17 should be fine.’

‘Are you going to pick it up or I’m the one who has to go and give it to her?’

‘I’m picking it up tomorrow morning. No worries.’

‘Alright then. I bet you my whole property she’s going to say ‘Yes’ in a heartbeat.’

‘Whatever Jeonghan hyung.’

Chuckling softly, Hoshi stood up and went to do his work that he left just now.
