“AH-HA!”

The three people at the table chocked on their meal in surprise, not including the one who shouted just now, while the other students faced their table with disapproving frowns.

“I’ve got it!” Sejeong squealed happily as she sat back down and Jaemi, hates to say, despised the look in the girl’s twinkling eyes. That always means ‘Danger’ for our poor Jaemi. “I know what dare I should give you now.”

Jaemi groaned and she almost banged her head over her noodles but Sunyoul immediately halted her. “Don’t sound so disappointed. Maybe it’s not that hard.”

“Oh. It’s hard alright. Don’t worry. I’ll make it extra hard for her since she never had the thought of making it easy for me yesterday.” Sejeong has that innocent/ creepy smile on her face and that made B.I to shudder frighteningly. “Like, come on. Who says ‘Place your grades in the top 20 for the next exam’ easy? I barely reached the number 30 for our mid-term examination. It’s obvious that I’m going to fail the game.”

“Are you done?” Jaemi blew her bangs exhaustedly and shot her friend a glare. “Hurry up and tell me your dare.”

“How about a guess? I’ll give you a hint. It’s about the popular boys in our school,” Sejeong grinned and almost immediately, the gear moved inside the other three’s heads.

“Teach one of them until he gets the top 20?” Jaemi take a guess.

“Date one of them in a week’s time?” Sunyoul frowned.

“Be friends-with-benefit with one of them?” B.I shrugged and he flinched upon hearing Jaemi’s shriek, “YAH!”

“Hello. I’m guessing here.” B.I flipped his hair fabulously.

“Retarded,” Sunyoul shook his head.

“Daeng. All wrong.” Sejeong slammed her palm on the table at once. “Stalk one of them.”

“You’re nuts.”

“You’re insane.”

“You’re crazy.”

“Hey! It’s fun!” she protested. “I’ll give a list of the things that you should fill in by what you observed him. And I’m the one who picks the guy. For your sake, I’ll make it a little easier.”

“Who? Cold and harsh Lee Taeyong?” Sunyoul scowled.

“Nah. I think it’s flirty and playful Jung Yoonoh.” B.I chuckled.

Jaemi was busy staring into her doom future to give a reply.

“Why are you guys at guessing?” Sejeong ‘tsk’-ed. “It’s Kim Dongyoung. The one who always kept his cool and is silence most of the time his friends are joking around. He’s in our class so you can have your eyes on him all the time in school.”

“No way,” Sunyoul whispered, “He’s like, so quiet that I can’t even think of a topic to talk about. It seems like he doesn’t like anything at all.”

“He always keeps to himself. I’ve never seen him talk long with anybody in our class,” B.I added with a nod.

“That is exactly why,” Sejeong hummed, “I chose him. He’s not that simple to read. Even his cover seems similar to a gray and black paint being swirled together.”

“You’re doing this on purpose!” Jaemi scoffed and she almost threw her innocent sandwich to Sejeong’s face while the girl just laughed at her friend’s misery.

Jaemi glanced over her shoulder once in a while to look at Doyoung whose seat was at the back of the class. If she’s going to do this dare, she’s going to finish it fast and stop being a sneaky rat. Her eyes scanned through the list of questions that Sejeong gave her and she almost banged her head over her desk.

“When am I going to finish this?” she mumbled dejectedly.

School ended quick with Jaemi’s groans here and there that even Sunyoul kept giving her looks to shut her trap up during class. She packed her things and looked to the back to see that Doyoung has vanished.
