Hayoon’s just plain rude, arrogant and egoistic as what it says by most of the girl students in Starship high. Apparently, one guy agreed to them and he’s one of the guys inside the popular group, Monsta X. People called him I.M rather than his real name, Im Changkyun.

Even though guys were head over heels for her because of her goddess-like face, I.M did not melt down at all. He looks at the other gender’s personality first rather than their looks. The same feeling for Hayoon. She hated him for accidently spilled his cola over her… well, chest…

At that time, he was so flustered that he almost wiped a tissue over her but she moved in reflex by slapping his hand away making him more bewildered than ever. And since then, she swore she would hate him forever for almost touching her without warning.

Hayoon scoffed inaudibly when she saw who her soon-to-be husband is. I.M did the same and the discussion between their parents fly by with the teenagers didn’t lend their ear even for a minute.

“Im Changkyun. Nam Hayoon. Go out and talk with each other for a bit. You two should start knowing each other little by little right now.” Mr. Im nodded his head towards the door and the youngsters reluctantly brought up their butts from the couch.

Hayoon rubbed her arms together since it is a little cold at night these days thanks to autumn. “What should we talk about?”

I.M looked at her as if she grew three heads more and she rolled her eyes. “We have to know something or they will suspect us. It’s not like I desperately wanted to get to know you.”

“Let’s start with birthday and class first. January 26th. Class 3-4.”

“March 25th. Class 2-2.”

“I’m older huh.” Hayoon made a face at that comment. “Favorite food? Pizza.”

“Ramen.” I.M was taken aback at her answer that he looked at her with his eyes widened. “What? It’s easy to make when I’m hungry.”

He snorted in amused and they continue knowing one another under the night sky. The both of them didn’t know but the walls between them were slowly crumpling down, making it easy to converse with each other.
