Joshua felt a grin came over his lips and he swung their inter-wined hands joyfully. Haneul saw their swinging hands and can’t help but to giggle at his happy expression.

“Do you like me that much?” She teased and he blurted out truthfully. “Yes. Very.”

“You’re so honest.” Haneul blushed embarrassedly at his quick respond.

“I know. And you’re cute.”                                                 

“Quit it.” She smacked his arm lightly and he chuckled along with her.

They’ve been dating for almost a month now. Every single time, Joshua would always call her out on a night-date since it’s risky for him if they went out during the day. Reason? He’s in a gang called Seventeen. Haneul’s pretty close to them and she didn’t mind at all.

What makes her weird is he seems like he has an ‘on’ and ‘off’ switch. When he was with her, he shows a manly and cuter side of him at the same time but when he’s with his friends he shows a cooler and calm personality. Not that she mind and honestly, she loves his cuter side more.

“You should be thankful my mom works night-shift.”

“Bless you, lord. I’m very thankful Haneul’s mother worked as a doctor who always went out during the night.” Joshua immediately replied at her sarcasm or they won’t be able to go on a date.

“Hong Jisoo… You always amuse me with your words…” She snorted with a shake of her head.

Joshua turned his head to the front with a beam and his step froze when he saw a group of guys coming straight his and Haneul’s way. His conscious turned alarmed and he panicked on the spot when one of them saw his absurd face.

“Jisoo? What’s wrong?” Haneul asked worriedly as she held his arm upon seeing his pale face.

“Not good. Let’s turn around.” He muttered and pulled her with him. “What? But this road is the closest to my home. Jisoo!”

They began to run and the group of guys tailed after them making Haneul weird out. Joshua pulled out his phone and called for s hurriedly.

Jeonghan picked up and he asked teasingly. “How’s it goin’ with that night-date?”

“Bad. We’re being chased by Exo.” Joshua frowned as his legs brought them further away from his enemy.

“WHAT?!” Jeonghan yelped in shock.

“I’m outnumbered 11 times more so come down right now. We’re on our way to the hideout. Hang up.” He explained and shoved his phone back inside his hooded shirt pocket.

“Say the name~!!!” Jeonghan shouted and all 11 members sprinted out to their one of the older members cry. “SEVENTEEN! WE ARE SEVENTEEN!”

“What’s wrong?” Hoshi spoke up first.
