Chapter 34: For Hye-min

“Hye-min!” Hoya screamed as her body fell forward and into his arms. Once the rest of them realized what had happened, they all rushed to her side. Hoya pushed her back on the chair hoping it was just a temporary faint but her body fell back into his arms.
Soo-jung looked at her in shock and didn’t dare to go near her. She was terrified, this was worse than the time she fainted at Lotte World.
Hoya carefully picked her up and laid her down on a mat supporting her head with his arm.
“What happened?” Sunggyu panicked.
“She was perfectly fine a minute ago and now she was completely unconscious.” Woohyun exclaimed. Sungjong and Sungyeol looked at each other with worried eyes, they both had a feeling why this happened.
Hoya held her hands and widened his eyes.
“She’s…burning.” He stuttered. He touched her neck with the back of his hand and then towards her face. Her entire body was burning…”
“Well…” Sungjong started.
“She had a fever before the performance…but she still wanted to do it…” Sungyeol revealed.
“Why didn’t you guys stop her?” Dongwoo questioned in a serious manner.
“We tried…” Sungjong sighed.
Infinite’s manager rushed over to see what the sudden chaos was all about. He look passed their worried faces and saw Hye-min laying there. Her face was pale and there was absolutely no colour in her lips.
“It can’t be… it’s more serious than I thought –“ their manager stuttered. He thought back to what happened earlier. After they fell, Hye-min had hit her head against something. After that, he noticed her losing her balance occasionally as she walked.
“Wh..what do you mean…?” Soo-jung asked, fighting back the tears.
“She hit her head earlier, this is serious…we have to take her to the hospital…” He pushed away members crowding her and quickly took her into his arms rushing out th
